I wasn’t able to easily navigate the site. Nor was unable to easily choose what I wanted.

I bought a shirt and a 2 peice suit. Fabrics cheap and nasty awful buttons wrinkles and not a good cut or size. Will probably donate these. Never buy again

Sizes are bizarre. I immediately contacted them for return shipping address and Needream customer service has been wonderful and very helpful supporting out my issue and great customers service

Looking for the product I found on your sight and at a good price. The only concern I might have is the sizing. Was no size guide.

there was a small amount of run around as I attempted to order the long sleeved shirt. I could not access my choice entirely easily. It took some back and forth before I was able to do so. There fore I have taken one star off. the discount offer would not seem to go through for a few 'goes', but with perseverance, I managed. Not entirely smooth I would say. Thank you Ruth Widdowson

AFTER MY RESPONSE OF DECLINING TO THEIR OFFER THIS COMPANY BLOCK ME AND I CANT COMMUNICATE ANY LONGER.

Products, once received, are quality made, but it takes so long to receive. Difficulty in getting discounts as advertised.

They corrected a lack of correspondence in a fast professional manner.

More importantly, they made it right!

I ordered two dresses absolutely disappointment very cheap looking instead carton with linen. I receive hundred percent polyester the sizes way too small what the chart says never gonna order them from them again.

I would like a full explanation of the fabric first and foremost in the first paragraph with washing instructions.

The clothes from this merchant are fabulous and true to size. The clothing is very trendy, stylish and chic. I received so many compliments on my outfits I wore on my 12 day cruise. I absolutely love the styles and uniqueness. You will definitely be the talk of any event you will attend wearing Needream clothing!

I would like to know the fabric and care info to be included for each product. Also, I didn’t understand if my order included all 3 blouses I ordered or if they were separate orders. I didn’t see a compiled list of the 3 I ordered. You did show me one order, but not the other 2.

They have great styles to pick for. And also great sales.

This was my first order with Needream. The purchasing experience was simple (no spinning wheels). I will be happy to review the product when it arrives.

The order process was simple, and I have been searching for this style of summer dress, so am very excited about that, but
1) I would recommend a more complete size chart, ie, more than just the bust and length of the dress.
2) I could not figure out how to order 2 items on one order, thereby necessitating a second shipping charge.

I sent an email regarding help I need concerning à return/exchange.The reply was prompt but needed clarification. Again the help came in and I am awaiting the final results of this transaction. So far the help has been quick and very pleasant….
