Great experience ordering from Neo Online. The media storage product feels sturdy, looks good, and keeps my collection neatly organized.

Awful. I purchased the DVD /CD storage cases (500 x2 and 400). I spent HOURS putting over 1,400 items into the sleeves. Zipped then up and put the cases away. Threw away the original dvd and cds cases OBVIOUSLY. When I took the cases out again the clips securing the sleeves together were bent so the pages are falling out.

I asked for replacement cases only to be sent suggesting I keep the sleeves and they could remove the sleeves at their end as it's the clips within the cases that are faulty. Oh no...they can't do this. They expect me to remove all these CDs /Dvds...put them away until they replace the whole thing and expect me to then spend hours again putting them back in another set of sleeves.

Whatever happened to common sense and good old fashioned customer service.

Excellent first class service as always,I have ordered from this company for many years and never ever had to complain.The service is exceptional and the products are exactly as described keep up the good work and I will be back for more #12873....*****

The product I purchased was 3 cd/dvd portable wallets which hold 400 disc's.
Very happy with the price and quality of the item's and properly packaged.
Will be very happy to use and recomend this company.

This company is a big joke. Paid for my order that i was needed urgently. They hold my money for a week then refunded without saying anything. Do not buy

Ordered & paid for 2 bar stools, but in my confirmation email it said there was only 1 coming, which I contacted them & they apologised for confusion & they Said they come in packs of 2, they don’t sell then singalong, but still then sent only 1 barstool! Have emailed & they said I only ordered 1, this is clearly false advertising, no one is returning my emails & the phone number says no one is there to answer my call! Would not recommend this website at all!!

I bought a racing gaming chair from neo-online.
The chair is very good, the kids love it and use it all the time.
Recently the tilt and lock lever base plate broke and the kids were upset as they could not use the chair.
I telephoned to ask what could be done and neo-online agreed to send a replacement part.
We received and replaced the part.
The chair is fit for use again and the kids are all happy again.
I would like to say thank you to the staff at neo-online for their help in resolving the matter quickly.

This company is a ripp off that states they have never had a complant when you complain I have had three complaints and ebay is foull of negatives about thier product
