Neo Reviews

I requested a downgrade of my email account from three users to one several days ago. I no longer need the additional users.

Since then:
• No response from support
• Downgrade has not been processed
• I cannot remove my credit card unless I add another one
• My billing date is approaching

This creates a situation where I may be charged for services I have already asked to cancel.

If the full amount is charged despite my downgrade request, I will initiate a chargeback with my bank, as I have documented proof of my request and the lack of response.

This feels like being trapped into continued billing with no proper customer support. Looks like a scam.

if you're not a complete idiot, this site is WORTHLESS. just trust me, it's absolute shit. the owners don't even pay for the backend lol it's all free garbage services packed into a hardly aesthetic skin. there's no valuable functionality here at all unless you literally know absolutely nothing about websites and the internet. i'm sorry but this service should just cease to exist

Amazing! My created an amazing website really easily. Budget friendly and perfect for every business. I highly recommend!

I am not a person who you would call tech savvy, so simplicity is important. I was able to navigate all on my own and if there was something that I needed help with there was a wealth of information and help available for me as well.

Great yay great yay
