My Neobare Sock Shoes are great!

I got my Neobare sock shoes.. quickly. Of course they did get delivered as cheap as possible to offset new starter cost, but my pair o ordered came with the bag as well.

Of course I ordered them June/July 2025.. when they were available.

Transaction done through Shopify connecting to their Shop page. Guaranteed tracking and delivery, every step monitored.

No chance of losing anything, even though I had to wait.

Wore them as soon as they arrived (gave them a shake outside, just in case there were any creepiest in them *they were clean* )

Brilliant purchase!

More than a month ago I placed an order on this company’s website. I got information that the goods were sent more than 14 days later. Then I got at track and trace nr for the shipment and tried to follow it. All of a sudden it seemed that it was delivered….But I had not received anything. I had to write several times to the company before they took the time to answer. I got an answer that they would take it up with the freight company! I have written several times since I got this mail. And because of no answer from any, I requested that my money got transferred back to my account. This I have requested several times now and nothing is happening, no reply no money back. This is so disappointing! It is so disrespectful not to reply! I hope that no one will trust this company with their money! Companies that cannot respect their customers does not deserve a place in the market

They send through cheap delivery companies that loose the parcels and declare your goods as handed to you. Then your parcel gets lost in the system and NeoBare does not reply to your alarmed, supported and justified messages, because they already hold your money. Why would they even care what you have to say after?
The delivery company is Y.… and if it’s not in a locker they put their deliveries in, they will loose your goods.
These two particular companies should work truthfully and transparently. They should adhere to a Code of Ethics and investigate anything that has not been applied to a minimum standard.
I will let you know if they fix it. I wouldn’t put not even a star but the system doesn’t let me go under 1 star 🤨.

Terrible sock shoe product. Poor quality material. Terrible fit. Overpriced. No returns or refunds. No response from multiple customer service emails. Scamarama! Stay away from these thieves.

I placed an order for 2 pairs of Neobare sock shoes and paid $71.92 through this website. The seller sent me wrong items that appear to be fake/counterfeit (kids socks brand kacakids) and refuses to provide a proper refund.
Instead, they are demanding that I either:
• Accept a discount on a future purchase, OR
• Accept a partial refund 30% while keeping the incorrect items, OR
• Pay return shipping at my own expense AND an additional $7.99 shipping fee for a refund plus reshelving fee whatever that is.
