Where do I even begin? My journey into app business was daunting, to say the least. NeonApps came into my life and completely transformed the way I perceive app development, design, and launch.

I can't thank NeonApps enough! They've been awesome in helping me create my app from scratch. They didn't just design it; they supported me through every step of launching it, making the whole process feel like a breeze.

Their team is super talented. They took my ideas and made them even better, paying attention to every little detail. And when it came time to launch, they were right there, making sure everything went smoothly.

But what really stands out about NeonApps is how friendly and trustworthy they are. They didn't treat me like just another client; they treated me like a friend. They listened to what I wanted and went above and beyond to make it happen.

Neon Apps developed a great app for us, we love the graphics and design and the professionalism their team showed through many of the planning stages of the project, so far we have only an iOS version but if the project is successful we will work also on an Android version. The development had multiple challenges which made the release slower than what we planned initially. While we are aware some of the changes we requested impacted the timeline, one thing to improve for the future would be the communication and management of those change requests in a way the impact on the schedule and architecture is less, even if it means a higher cost of budget. I have to say as a positive note about this that almost all requests were developed by Neon at no extra cost which is something we are thankful for as it allows us to invest more in our marketing while we plan new releases with them.

They are great communicators as they kept me informed the development process.

I’ve been working with Neon team for 3 years now. The reason why we have continued working with them throughout the years and for many different projects although we also worked with tens of other teams is because the combination of rapidity, quality, service, they provide is unmatched.

They’re great communicators, don’t need too precise instructions, get things done quickly and without any bug. Their result is always high quality. I had the chance to visit their offices when I was in Istanbul last time and their kindness, professionalism and energy match their work! Can only recommend these guys, and I have been doing it to anyone who wants to develop mobile apps or anything digital.

I completed an offer through AdGate media to purchase a subscription to this app ($14) and in turn get a $5 reward. I was taking a loss here, but it was worth it to complete the terms of another part of the hosting site that required a certain amount of offers completed to gain additional points. So I bit the bullet and decided to make the purchase for the greater good.

neonapps in turn denied paying AdGate media claiming I had done one of the following (response through AdGate)

1. The offer was completed by you or someone in your household in the past,
2. The offer requirements were not completed correctly. Please review the requirements and make sure they have been fully completed,
3. The offer was not completed within the time specified by the advertiser,
4. The maximum allowable time associated with completing the offer was exceeded,
5. The offer is no longer valid/available in your country/region,
6. The app was previously installed on your device,
7. The app/game is not supported by your browser/OS,
8. The information/evidence you entered was not accepted by the advertiser,
9. There was a lack of evidence to prove offer completion,
10. Your offer completion through the advertiser's tracking link did not register in their system,
11. You had ad-blocking software enabled when completing the offer,
12. You were connected to/using a VPN or Proxy server while completing the offer,
or
13. You have clicked on this same offer several times from different offerwalls, which may have caused the conversion to be attributed to a different network/offerwall

All of these points are false. Why would anyone go through the trouble of losing money to try and "game" this offer? That is just insanity and any level of critical thinking would lead them to realize that while there may have been technical glitches in the process (I have no idea since I wasn't given a concrete reason for denial) that the user completing the offer is acting in good faith. I realize it's my word against theirs, but I have nothing to lose here as I'm requesting a refund through Apple and not the company. I simply want to make other potential users aware of this company's shady business practices and unwillingness to uphold their end of the deal.
