The service is pretty good
The service is pretty, good it took a good four months for our delivery and COVID was blamed but we were past the worst bit of it and for the branch to use “as you are aware that PPE is is the main reason for the delay” a bit annoying, fully agree that certain things take precedence over furniture and I have no issues with that but I don’t believe that was the reason.
It took four months for my order but I had to pay in full for the items in advance Why ? It’s not the first time that I’ve ordered form Neptune most of my furniture is from Neptune. I don’t have to do this when I order from other high end companies. I also had to chase the order on several occasions we were told our order would be 8 weeks and ended up four months and there was very little correspondence until I chased the order.
Love Neptune, but the customer service and the upfront payment for all goods even if it is a 16 week lead time needs to be addressed.

Quality Service
Although my delivery was delayed due to Covid-19 the team at Canterbury kept me informed at all times and were professional through the whole customer journey. This was mirrored by the delivery team. Thank you.
