Excellent delivery from two lovely, polite lads, Bilal and Tommy. Set up the Arundel table and benches efficiently and carefully. Neptune quality is second to none..beautiful products.

Came for our initial consultation with Michelle on 27/9/26. Store was excellent with very well laid out show rooms, which the website doesn’t do justice to. Store was immaculate with a much better range of “stuff” than we were expecting. All the staff were lovely and welcoming, and Michelle was excellent with great ideas and really knew what she was talking about. Whole experience excellent.

We always receive a genuine welcome at Neptune Edgbaston and offered a welcome drink. It is our favourite Neptune store which is set on three levels and is arranged like a beautiful home. The staff are very friendly (we were served by Mo and Mary) and are always available and willing to help if needed for advice and assistance.
Can’t wait to visit again soon !

Thrilled with my new kitchen - it’s honestly a dream!

Lucy was incredible throughout the whole design process and genuinely made me feel like she was invested in making sure everything was perfect, right through to the installation.

Even the kitchen fitter said it’s the best-quality kitchen he’s ever installed! And I LOVE all the little details - especially the velvet-lined cutlery drawers!

Going with Neptune was only a small step up in price from DIY Kitchens, but the difference in quality feels so, so huge. It’s been an absolute joy, and I can’t wait to spend lots of time in it!

Wonderful space full of inspiration and calm. Very helpful staff and offered drinks and refreshments on this particular day. Signing up for their newsletter is highly recommended. My sister recommends the quality of the paint too. Thank you so much.

What a great store, the staff are fantastic and couldn’t be more helpful. It’s worth the journey as there is parking at the rear of the store, dogs are welcome and as we had travelled a long way they offered drinks for us and the dog and dog treats. Also as it’s one of Neptunes largest stores they carry the full range which the smaller stores can’t.

I’ve just finished the purchase journey for my new kitchen with Lucy at the Birmingham store, and the whole experience has been faultless.

She was responsive, detailed, thoughtful and, most importantly, never pushy. She was there when I needed her, incredibly helpful throughout, and gave me the space to come to my own conclusions, whilst being utterly knowledgeable and reassuring.

I couldn’t be more pleased, and I really can't speak highly enough of the whole experience. I’m so excited for the kitchen to be installed, and have no doubt that what I’m getting will be exceptional and made to last for years.

This store is amazing and make you feel as if it’s home from home , so friendly and welcoming - I only went in the buy paint !

We visited the beautiful Neptune store in Edgbaston, Birmingham. The friendly and knowledgeable staff advised us on furniture styles, finishes and colours. We purchased bar stools, the Arundel dining table and eight carvers. There was a super deal on the shingle painted Wardley chairs.

I always go to my local Neptune store in Edgbaston as the quality of the service is excellant along with the store layout and quality of the displayed merchandise and furniture . I am never disappointed and always leave with a purchase and lots of ideas for my home .
My recent trip I went in to purchase paint and came home to order 4 new dinning chairs ! .
The quality of service in store and on ordering on line was great with quick call from Swindon to arrange delivery .

Gorgeous products and great service. Shout out to TJ at the Egbaston store who has been so helpful during a recent house project, she’s really helped us redesign part of our house, with creative ideas to achieve a result we absolutely love.

I regularly shop here, at least once a month, and I wanted to take a moment to share how wonderful my experience has been, especially thanks to Harpreet Karen.

She is incredibly friendly, professional, and has such great taste. Her recommendations are always spot on, and she genuinely makes shopping an enjoyable experience. Even when I don’t plan to buy much, her positive attitude and helpful advice often encourage me to pick something up.
