The member of staff we spoke to at the Neptune - Reading branch was really helpful and very friendly. The customer service throughout the ordering and delivery process was excellent. We are long standing customers of…
We are long standing customers of Neptune and love the styling and quality of their furniture, housewares, artificial flowers etc.
There stores are laid out like normal houses and the staff are welcoming and very helpful. The delivery drivers are always professional and our only compliant is delivery costs and charging to take away packaging which is outright riduculas for a premium brand.

Sheldrake table and Wycombe chairs
The delivery service was excellent. The table was unpacked, put together with all the packaging taken away. The Sheldrake table and Wycombe chairs are beautifully made as I've come to expect from all Neptune furniture. They are a lovely addition to our new Chichester kitchen.
Thank you to all the lovely staff at Neptune Reading who always give us a welcome when we walk in.

We’ve just had such a lovely shopping experience at Neptune in Reading by Claire, Liz and Jo!
We called ahead to check something was in stock and by the time we had got there the items had already been gift wrapped. All three ladies were so helpful throughout our shopping trip and have truly left us looking forward to coming back again soon.
It is absolutely worth popping in to this lovely store in person for a great shopping experience!
