No instructions, 4 screws short, & no pre drilled holes for leg brackets. As a result it was hugely difficult to screw in the supports (20 screws needed to go into the very dense board) - I could only do this with a high impact electric screwdriver. Effectively a diy kit with a table top and 4 legs - pretty poor value imo.

Communication brilliant, bed ok had to buy extra washers as there was no instructions so we put then where we thought they went :/ lol still about squeaky to say it should hold alot of weight and me and partner don't weigh no where near as much as it holds

First time using Net Furniture and found them to be very professional with competitive prices.

I purchased a granite topped table through Netfurniture a few months ago. Unfortunately the care instructions from the supplier did not advise me of the importance of sealing the top and it soon developed an unsightly stain which I was unable to remove. I contacted Zed at Netfurniture and they immediately offered to replace it with no quibbles. Outstanding service !

I can recommend the company, but I would steer clear of buying any acrylic kitchen dining chairs, bistro style, as they are badly made and certainly did not fit together properly,- if at all. Of four chairs ordered only one was useable. We had some hassles, with the actual manufacturer, but net furniture did refund in full, no quibble. On this note I would say this company is first class.

Thanks netfurniture for replacing a stool we ordered from them when there was a problem with it. We just had to send in a photo, and they sent out a replacement stool.

I was about to place an order on the website for an adjustable height table base and fortunately decided to phone just to check how long delivery would take. After checking, was told the base I was looking to buy was not available, even though it was showing and apparently in stock on the website.

Following advice I was steered to a fixed height table which could be trimmed down to the correct height to match our worktops.

The base was delivered exactly when I was told it would be and was well packaged, and it will we fine for our needs. I would have awarded the full 5 stars had the website accurately reflected the stock position, as I could easily have ordered without phoning, expecting the adjustable table would be delivered, only to be disappointed.

Great Quality product, classy looking at a great price! Never known an on line company that allows you to negotiate the price by forwarding an offer you'd like to pay. I saved £50 off the quoted price on screen! Would recommend in all fronts.

stools are great quality, worth the extra money, just be careful with sizes as I made a big mistake and ordered bar stools instead of breakfast stools. found measurements a bit confusing, but company exchanged them no problem, service and delivery fab
