Nick and his team put everything in place for me and the Qashqai was delivered as promised this morning. The delivery driver was very helpful and phoned 1 hour before he arrived. The whole thing took about 2 weeks. A saving of about £6000 was made.

I was originally concerned about buying a car online but was reassured speaking with Steve and checking that by paying the deposit with a credit card, I was covered for the whole cost of the car (Consumer Credit Act).

I have just received my new Qashqai this morning after a two week wait, saving about 27% (approximately £7000) on RRP. The local Nissan dealership could not believe the saving I was making and told me that they couldn't get it that cheap and they worked there!

Brought a Nissan Qashqai 1.3 DIG-T 160 Tekna+ which I was a little bit nervous of buying a new car online, I did some research and decided upon "New Car Discount" based on reading excellent customer reviews, I also emailed them a list of question which were answered promptly and I also had a chat with John Robertson over the phone who was brilliant and explained the whole process, by dealing through this company I saved over £8000 of the MRP, if you have any concerns about using this company don't! they are the best.

I just wanted to share the experience I had ordering my new car. I have to admit I was very cautious of buying a car in this way, never having done so before and working in finance was acutely aware that if something looks to good to be true then it generally is!! However, let me assure you reading this, that my new car was delivered yesterday around 2 weeks after it was ordered. It is perfect in every way. The communication from Nick was amazing and I have to admit I had numerous questions that were always answered promptly. If you are considering buying a car from New Car Discount, please don't hesitate, my experience from order to delivery was 10/10 and faultless in every way.

Not too good to be true!

I've just taken delivery of my car from NCD and couldn't be happier with the entire experience. I got exactly what I ordered all in the exact time frame that I was initially promised. I obviously also got a great price that local dealers would struggle to come near to.

I was kept up to date throughout the process and everything was hassle free.

I traded in my old car and it was picked up a couple of hours after my new one was delivered. NCD made it very clear that I could get a better price from a private sale and there was absolutely no pressure for me to do anything that I was uncomfortable with.

I'd highly recommend NCD and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I was really excited when I saw the car I wanted at a price I could hardly believe. I spoke to my OH who immediately did the ‘nope, it’s a con’ ‘they can’t possibly do that’ ‘bank transfers, nope, you’ll never get the car’.
Anyway, I read review after review and called next morning, by which time the car was gone.
However I was kept in a list and was notified as soon as they managed to get another great deal.
I dealt with John all the way through and thank him for his patience over my queries and for being so professional throughout.
Bank transfer was done yesterday, and my car arrived at 7.45am today.
To say I’m delighted is an understatement.

My first thought when I first visited NEW CAR DISCOUNT site was after seeing such a big discount it meant that it was too good to be true, however I rung and spoke to Nick Ainley who is the nicest and the most truthful guy you could ever meet, he was able to guide me with his vast knowledge of all the motor cars being sold, so then I plucked up the courage of paying a £500 deposit, Nick kept me informed every step of the way, so the day arrived that I had to pay the balance by bank transfer, but running through my head was that I had read and seen about how unsafe it was to pay by bank transfer, but Nick informed me thats what most car dealers do and informed me how I was covered by my credit card deposit for the £500 under section 75 of the credit consumers act, so I was covered for the remaining amount plus deposit.

I was so please on how professional the delivery company was in delivering my new car and she was able to show me any control that I didn't understand.

So if you worried about having such a bargain deal, then trust me, it’s all going to turn out just fine !!!

I was initially very sceptical as usually "if it's too good to be true then it usually is". However I have found the whole experience to be stress free and enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble for my consultant Nick Ainley. Any and every queery was speedily dealt with. I initially opted for no part exchange on my old vehicle but decided that for the little extra that I could get for my old vehicle by private sell was just not worth the hassle. I have experienced a hassle free operation from start to finish. My new car was delivered by trailer and my old vehicle collected later the same day. Even the collection/delivery staff were very helpful. I would have NO reservations in recommending the use of this company. I couldn't get my vehicle any cheaper anywhere else or get the superb service I enjoyed.

I have just purchased a car from this company and I dealt with a gentleman called John Robertson. I had various questions over a period of a week and John never failed to reply. I have never purchased a car from the internet before but John made the whole process really easy. From the time I decided to purchase the vehicle to the delivery ( delivered to my front door) John kept me informed of every process. I would highly reccomend this company and don’t be afraid to ask questions.

Having already decided on a QashqaI after a *lot* of online research, I booked a test-drive through Nissan with a local dealership. Arriving at the appointed time, I was subjected to an hour of sales patter, which I eventually had to interrupt to *plead* for a test drive. I then got to drive the car for all of 5 minutes; after that, I was subjected to another 90 minutes of pushy sales and left with a thoroughly bitter taste in my mouth.

My experience with New Car Discount couldn't have been more different. After receiving their price online, I had to call to check it was kosher. They were reasonable and patient, sent through all the appropriate documentation, explained when & how things were moving along, and generally great.

I ended up receiving a custom-spec car almost a week earlier than originally thought (and 2 months quicker than suggested by my local Nissan dealership); and almost £9,000 cheaper. Absolutely cannot fault the service nor the price.

The whole process has been simple and straightforward, no messing about. It has been a pleasure doing business with John Robertson, whose professionalism I cannot praise enough. It is so rare to find someone nowdays who replies to your emails, returns your phone calls and keeps you updated at all time and always with a smile!

Just got new car today from NCD. Couldnt be more pleased. The whole experience from start to finish was stress free. No pushy sales people to deal with. Spoke to Nick via the telephone, car ordered and new nissan juke delivered straight to my door on a trailer with delivery mileage only. Was a bit wary initally paying the balance in full 24hrs prior to delivery but NCD totally trustworthy and car delivered without a hitch. Saved lots of £££ and will definitely be using NCD next time.

When I first spoke to New Car Discount back in September last year I was somewhat sceptical of purchasing a vehicle via the internet. However I have to say it was very smooth and their customer skills were excellent and very worthy of recommendation. Most of the time I dealt with John Robertson and he was exemplary always calling back within half an hour if not available when called. Straight answers to straight questions, no flannel or pressure. Highly recommended and not something that can be said often these days

Car delivered on time with little effort and under no pressure to purchase, just sound advice. Never bought a new car before and never thought of anything other than going to a main dealer, but it was really easy and everything as described at a great discount that the main dealers couldn't/wouldn't match.

Would buy through NCD again.

Fantastic just bought my first electric car a Nissan Leaf at a very competitive price and was delivered exactly on time and taken out of a covered trailer in spotless condition the friendly delivery guy went to the trouble of giving me a twenty minute valuable rundown on the leaf which although not complicated was really helpful.
