Excellent - Had Jack come by this morning from New Channels to fit my Hive cameras, great service, polite and respects your house (takes shoes off) would for sure use them again for any camera, alarm, TV installations.

We have had a problem with our tv's for a while now, we had three different company's trying to sort it out unfortunately to no avail. I phoned New Channels and they sent Dave after checking everything out he managed to resolve the problem and now has us up and running. I found Dave very professional and 10 out of 10 for his persistence.

Dave, visited today to install a 4G external aerial.
Arrived at the appointed time.
Friendly and courteous, I was impressed by his professionalism and the trouble he took to make sure the aerial was sited in the best possible spot, both for bandwidth and my convenience. Tested everything thoroughly at every stage. A job very well done.

The Engineer, Budgie, visited my house and very quickly resolved the problem with my Sky HD plus box. He is very helpful and professional and give me very good advice.

Amazing. Having discovered there was no signal for a regular aerial, the engineer Dale advised on an alternative satellite installation and the type of Freesat boxes that were possible options to purchase elsewhere, (that would give me at least some channels to watch), before making my decision. There was no hard sell, just informative advice if I decided to choose this possibility. The return appointment was arranged quickly and despite all the problems the property threw up at him, Dale soldiered on, determined to make it work for me, always with a smile and entertaining stories as he worked non-stop, putting me at ease. He looked exhausted when he left, but still with a smile and after setting the box in action and checking I was okay with how to use the system. An outstanding service from the engineer and the customer contact team who were polite, respectful and so nice in the way they spoke to me. Definitely a company that I would recommend without hesitation.

Dale was professional and efficient and checked it was all in working order and set up the app on my phone before leaving.

Dave the engineer arrived within the time slot I was given and fitted a new aerial to the existing pole split the cable in the loft and ran the cable outside to create a new aerial point after discussing best location for cabling. The outside cabling was outstanding and really unobtrusive. Dave ensured the TV was tuned properly before leaving as well as advising on programme settings. All this was carried out for just over £100 which was excellent value for money.
Highly recommended.

Had a new aerial installed by a fitter called Budgie! Did a fantastic job, very neat wiring, friendly engineer, and real value for money. I would recommend this company to anyone if their other engineers are as professional as "Budgie"! 👌

EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION, VERY POLITE AND PUNCTUAL. I HAD JAN-ERIK INSTALL MY TV AERIAL WHO WAS FANTASTIC AND VERY QUICK, HE MADE SURE ALL CHANNELS WHERE WORKING BEFORE LEAVING.

Jack came to fit our hive camera . He let me know his ETA and arrived well within the time given. He was pleasant and explained all the process properly. He carried out the work efficiently and explained how the camera worked along with the App. I was very impressed with the level of service given

Excellent service very quick, honest and reliable and pleasure to use and am currently discussing having an Intruder Alarm fitted as they also provide an excellent range of services as well as Aerial Instantiation.

Dave turned up on the day, in the designated time slot to install an external video camera in our porch. He was cheerful and most attentive to detail, firstly by ensuring the camera worked correctly, then ensuring the best location for it before commencing the installation. Everything went well until the camera decided it would update its firmware. After doing that, things went a trifle awry, but Dave carefully worked through the unexpected problem, made sure I was happy with the result then went off to his next job, probably a little later than he anticipated. Good job, well done and one satisfied client. Keep up the quality of service!

There was confusion with what date the engineer was to turn up, with me expecting him a day earlier. It would be best if New Channels sent confirmation of what date has been booked to avoid this going forward. Despite this, New Channels arranged an exact time for the engineer to turn up the next day and he was fantastic; did a great job and really friendly.

A good job, some sales pitch for additional work. Surprised to be asked for a cash payment for an extra lead.

Only took the engineer less than 20 mins to install to desired location in my house and he also helped the alarming system set up and worked on my phone! I’m very pleased with the installation service.

Dave and Blake have just fitted our new TV Arial. Very pleasant and polite young men. On time, quick and very efficient. Highly recommended.
