I was looking for a caravan for my son to stay in while we are renovating a house. Mike totally understood the situation and helped me target the right model for my budget and his son expertly delivered it into place in a tricky driveway situation! Mike made sure everything was in working order and also helped post sale with some set up phone calls. Couldn’t have asked for better service and would thoroughly recommend New2You, Mike and team.

You could not ask for a more honest, friendly and helpful family run business to do business with. Mike was absolutely fantastic. After driving for 2 1/2 hours with two young children to have another dealer let us down and not actually be there, we made a quick phone call to New2You, explaining our circumstances and asking if they were able to help us on our extremely limited budget. They advised that they believed that they could, so we drove for a further hour to New2You. We were met with Mike who could not have been more helpful or friendly. He listened to everything we said and did us an amazing deal on a van. Mike then arranged for the transport of the van to their Highbridge branch for us to collect so that the journey home wasn't quite so arduous on the children. His colleague Steve was an absolute delight upon collection of the van and again nothing was too much trouble and they really could not have helped any more if they had tried - I am very happy that our funds went to such an honest upfront company rather than some of the unfortunately less than honest dealers we encountered on our caravan finding journey. New2You restored my faith in that there are still honest friendly family run businesses with morals out there.

Found this small family run business on gumtree. Top communication with quick response to my messages I travelled over 4 hours to view several caravans when arrived met by the father felt very welcome and left to view all the caravans after choosing a great quality caravan with a very helpful young lad we walked away with a great deal in hand 😁 unfortunately my van tow bar was fault 😔 I must say with out the help and very knowledgeable lad took the time out to help fix our problem and got us on our way for a slow hours journey home. this family business is top quality and very much recommended in every way A star service.
Ps .. lad needs to learn how to make a cuppa 🤣 haha

Mike offered to buy our caravan even before viewing which was welcomed as we needed to make a quick sale as house move pending.
Asked us what price we wanted rather than being given a price which is refreshing for dealers and we were paid what we wanted.
They also took some items with the van so didn’t have to worry about disposing of or selling them on ourselves.
Collected from our storage facility and everything completed in an hour so all in all very pleased and impressed.

Agreed to purchase a new arrival caravan before they had a chance to check it over and clean it, needless to say they promised to check everything and get it ready. A week later I went to collect and it was so refreshing to deal with friendly helpful and reliable people who went above and beyond to make this purchase special. I can strongly recommend New2You

We found a caravan we wanted at this dealer & put down a deposit making it clear we needed to sell our caravan before being able to buy his van. Their van needed work done on it & I found mould on the window blinds. The dealer agreed to fit a motor mover & new tyres. The vans tyres were over 10 years old so not road worthy. Even so he added new tyres to our bill plus the mover. He would not guarantee the van was free of damp either.
The upshot was that we couldn’t sell our van so he has put his van back up for sale. He has not given us our deposit back or even part of it as a gesture of goodwill.
I would urge people to thoroughly check any caravans from this dealer. They seem over priced and not in very good condition. It was difficult to get hold of him. They dont answer the website contact or the phone. I had to text him. He is now nearly £900 better off & we have had to cancel our holiday. It was a mistake I regret.
