I ordered some teal velvet chairs - Richard was super helpful and responsive with my queries, they arrived on time and they are gorgeous. Really happy with it all!

I was looking for a particular item narrow solid wood bookcase. Came across Newby House interiors. Item was very competitively priced + was able to take advantage of a discount, decided to purchase. Transaction and delivery very good. Excellent customer service and after sales very pleased with item and company. Cannot fault.

We ordered two reclining chairs for use in our garden cabin. They were very reasonably priced and are extremely comfortable. Delivery was quick and the delivery driver was very helpful and courteous.

We ordered a dining table which was available fairly quickly. We asked them to delay delivery until we were ready, which was organised by them. Happy with the dining table. Good sturdy glass top with good expansion mechanism.Good delivery company as well.

The service from this company is first class. We ordered an inset fire which was competitively priced and it was delivered as promised. The fire was installed and looked amazing but unfortunately it stopped working completely. I contacted newby and a replacement fire was delivered in two working days. I have even had email checking all is ok!!! I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Well done 👏

I've bought some furniture (from the Monroe Silver range) twice from this retailer. Ordering was easy and communication regarding delivery of my items was really good. Customer service got in touch with me in advance to arrange a suitable delivery slot and they were able to deliver on a Saturday!
Furniture came very well packaged, no defects or any other issues.
