Toon meer

The quality of tea and speed of delivery were excellent as usual, but now that you have raised the threshold for free delivery, I had to order more tea than I would have preferred in order to qualify.

Lovely tea, wherever you are
My first experience with Newby Teas was at the Natural History Museum in London, many years back; Oriental Sencha. Since those many years back, I've been ordering is online. Living abroad hasn't made a difference as I still enjoy the green and oriental sencha.

Thank you for sharing this with us. It’s wonderful to know that your first cup of Oriental Sencha at the Natural History Museum has stayed with you all these years.
You may be pleased to know that Oriental Sencha is now available as Floral Sencha in our silken pyramid format, recently launched in the UK in home-compostable sachets. We hope you’ll enjoy rediscovering an old favourite in its new format! Newby Team x

Very good quality and service come together. I went to the shop in Gstaad and the lady at the desk was not only friendly, but gave me quite a few samples with my purchase. I was impressed by the quality of the tea I bought and also by the samples. That made me order other teas. Ordering was straigth forward and two working days later I founf the package in my postbox.

My first time shopping experience from…
My first time shopping experience from Newby Teas but, Unfortunately, the tea bag itself was damaged, and I also noticed what appeared to be mold on the outside of the bag. And the tea bag has a short period of expiration date (within 5months) Since I was concerned about the condition of the product, I did not feel comfortable drinking it and had to throw it away.
The tea was $59.00, which is quite expensive, so I was very disappointed to receive it in this condition. I requested to send others or a refund with proofs of pictures. They refused and it’s their policy.
I am disappointed with my purchase. At this point, I do not feel comfortable purchasing this tea anymore.

I love the tea!
I love the tea (Earl Grey) and buying direct seems best value. It would have been 5 stars if delivery had been a bit quicker, although I think I could have paid more for faster delivery, but then the cost is almost as much as the tea. I’ll make sure I don’t let it run out next time.

We’re so glad you’re enjoying the Earl Grey, Rachel and thank you for your honest review. We completely understand your thoughts on delivery. We do our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible. Unfortunately, delivery companies set most of these costs. We really appreciate your understanding and, most of all, your support. We’ll be very happy to keep you stocked up with tea — hopefully before you run out next time. Newby Team x

Great tea, delayed delivery.
Great tea but delivery took a little longer than expected - ordered on Sunday, delivered Friday. Will definitely use again, but take into account this slight delay.
