We recently stayed at Unity Holiday Park in Brean. The caravan was brilliant, very clean, near to the beach. Had a dishwasher & coffee machine, cleaning products pegs clothes airer. Fantastic stay... Toon meer

I see the new website, however where are you going with these prices??? You've gone up over £100, such a shame we won't be using you this year. Thank goodness there is another supplier offering the same at around our usual price.

We rent with Newmans Holiday Homes, we find them very efficient to calls and issues & great to rent with, special mention to Beth Wheeler who we feel goes up and beyond the role of her job and is excellent to deal with, we will be continuing to rent in 2026 season 😊

We always book through Newmans and have done for years, personally we would not book through anyone else.
The service received when we had an issue with the boiler was rectified and fixed within an hour and this was on a Sunday too.
I always highly recommend booking through Newmans and the fact you can book and choose the exact caravan or lodge that you want and the place on the park is just great.
Newmans offer such a variety of caravans and lodges and cater for all budgets.
We will of course be booking again soon for next year.

I’ve been booking with Newman’s For many years now - I’ve always found them fantastic to deal with. Even when there was a slight problem with a van a few years back they sorted it straight away - 😊
We stayed at Damson Green area No 26 and would like to give a shout out to Clive, Kinga and Abel for letting us use your beautiful caravan - best yet by far - clean, modern and wow the view - we loved it thank you 😊

We spent a week in Brean Sands Unity Park .We booked with, Newmans Holiday Caravans. what can i say the caravan was spotless throughout everything we needed and more was there .We had a patio area that we made full use of as weather was exceptional. On arrival I received the lock code well in advance. Up to the holiday the correspondence between myself and Newmans was really well orchestrated. the whole experience with this company was right on target .Will definitely be using them again in the future and recommending to family and friends. a big 5* Experience from booking to leaving holiday. Thank you all x

Had a wonderful stay at Ladram Bay!
Would really recommend Newmans Holiday Homes. Had a small issue whilst staying there, but it was dealt with promptly & accordingly with a lovely staff member Jules Denoire.

Caravan was dirty on arrival, cups,glasses and plates dirty. Food left in the freezer from previous family. Everything sticky. Oven not working.
Can't get through to Newman's in working hours. Call message goes round in a loop. Staff at shop can't help!!! No contact from anyone from Newman's since we arrived. Sad there is no one to one human contact, only received tx messages advising what to do if we require assistance. But in reality just leaving messages to be ignored. Still have 5 days to go 🙄 what a disappointment!

I would not hesitate one bit to recommend this company to you.
The whole process of looking on their website and then talking with the Customer Service team via the telephone and finding out about the different areas and caravans available at the Ladram Bay park all went seamlessly.
We were kept up to date throughout and upon arrival we knew exactly what to do.
The caravan we had was 5 star. The owners had thought of literally everything. And the interiors were beautifully clean. The kitchen was kitted out fully with utensils. And there was an excellent oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, large fridge and freezer and a dishwasher!
All immaculate.
The location and views were beautiful.
And Ladram Bay itself is a brilliantly run park with very courteous and helpful staff.
We had a really lovely time all made possible by all parties Newmans, the caravan owners and the staff and facilities at Ladram Bay park.
A big thank you to all parties.
We will be booking for 2026 through Newmans and will definitely be returning to Ladram Bay.

Caravan was very old. It smelt strongly of damp and the level of hygiene was bad. Carpets were stinking and the whole experience was appalling. Would not recommend.

From browsing for a caravan through to the booking service, check in and check out the service was first class.
Communication via email was regular and when I needed to speak to someone Jules was very helpful and extremely pleasant.
Nothing was too much trouble. A representative kept in contact via email throughout our stay to ensure everything was ok.
They even rang to check if we would like to extend our stay.
I have used Nemans before. The caravans are top class always clean and in a great location.
Will be booking another break on our return.

The booking process was easy , you got to choose your caravan with photos and very detailed description. Customer service was exceptional, communication was brilliant. Cant fault a thing. Check in was easy, put in key code at van and sorted, van was absolutely immaculate, everything you need including games and books for the children, the master bedroom a great size with onsuite toilet, tv and huge wardrobe. There was a decking patio area and parking for 2 cars, it was van V24 (Unity Beach Brean), I honestly cannot fault a thing from booking to leaving, even though we holidayed out of season, the theme park was closed but there was still plenty to do. I wouldn't hesitate to book through them again, I fact we are already looking..highly recommended!

Where to start with this wonderful lady,from my first phone call explaining the details of my accident and having to cancel our holiday to my husband then being taken into hospital, jules has been an absolute 🌟,not only being patient trying to contact me during hospital apps and visits to my husband,but sorting our cancellation out,thank god ivtook the cancellation policy out,but transferring the money to 2026 where we have 2 new holidays to look forward to,so helpful and patient with me on the phone and all around an absolute delightful customer service experience ,thank you so very much jukes,you have made what has been a horrendous 2 months since my accident so much easier with sorting our holiday cancellation transfer so easy,with many thanks once again mrs p shaw xxx

The caravans views were amazing. Best we've had so far. The caravan was also the best so far. But my only negative is the standard of your mattresses. The singles were awfully springy and the double was like sleeping on the floor. And the windows were very dirty. But other than that it was perfect

An extremely disappointing stay and left a day early due to the quality of the cheap beds in the luxury caravan we were staying in.
The after customer care services were even worse when trying to obtain my deposit refund for my stay as they sent the payment to the wrong account and then were rude and unhelpful in trying to help me resolve it.
