Craig was extremely professional and swift when it came to dispatching a sync 3 upgrade for the Ranger. The radio is a night and day difference and his support when installing was next to none when I had a question.

Easy install of SYNC3 for my Ford Ranger and the added touch of a personalised opening screen of my truck is the cherry on top.
Also wireless apple car play, Craig made the steps easy on the how to guide and very quick with getting the upgrade out!

Craig was really helpful in sorting the issue with my ACM. I had previously sent it off to a different company who failed to sort the problem. Craig sold me a new module which arrived already programmed to my vehicle. I plugged it straight in once it arrived and it works perfectly.

I messaged Craig with a major problem with my sync 3. A few messages back and forth and he had established the issue. Fast forward 48 hours and everything he promised me arrived in the post. Within an hour the screen was not only back working, but was now up to date and running perfectly. I can’t thank him enough, I genuinely thought it was a new screen and module. Straight from the first message he was a great help. Thanks a lot mate. One of life’s genuine good guys.

Craig has been awesome. A previous owner had half done the sync3 upgrade. After seeing what bits I had on the car and what was missing I just had to post my Apim module for coding and missing bits were added and sent back.

Excellent from the start. The harness makes the sync upgrade a breeze. APIM was programmed before it got to me which left a couple of simple changes to make everything work. Hardware was in excellent condition.

Don't hesitate and order now.

Craig is top class at what he does, have a ford Mondeo car that I was told I couldn't have maps on it by ford, got in contact with Craig by email, very fast reply and so helpful, got me set up with maps for my car, would highly recommend Craig so so helpful and guided me through set up👍

Ordered sync 3 update after asking a lot of questions and got all my replies and answers very quickly and it came within 3 days installed very easily and happy with it sow wood recommended the company

I've been trying for ages to update my sync 3 maps with no joy.
Craig Barnes sent out a USB, just plug in and drive for an hour. Simple.
He even provides a step by step guide.
Would definition recommend.

Craig Barnes. Provided excellent service to update my sync 3 on a kuga the update loaded no problems and took about an hour. He explained all that it does and what steps to take.
Will recommend to others

Bought a sync 3 harness to use in my sync 3 retrofit.
Harness great quality and was plug and play.
Craig also helped me with some coding advise with fixing some bugs/compatibility issues with fitting sync 3 in my car.
Would 100% reccomend to anyone!

I had my sync 2 upgraded to sync 3. Craig was very polite and professional. I was told by Ford that this could not be done, but i found Craig's company who reassured he can.
I have had my sync 3 for 3 months now and i am very happy with it, the built in apple carplay is fantastic.
i cant reccomend this company enough and will be going back for more upgrades.

Installation was easily arranged, fitting me in on a Saturday when I am off work. The system itself is superb, high definition screen with multiple views / zoom levels, stereo automatically muted for voice prompts, lane assist, clear directions such as take a 'slight left', numbered exits from roundabouts. Very accurate - as you turn into a road it instantly gives the name (and number if applicable). If you have a compatible vehicle, why would you want a separate stand-alone system, when you can have a fully integrated top notch system that does everything you need it to? :-)
