Outstanding customer service!
I ordered a pair of earrings that I’d admired on a friend. They were delivered within two days.
Unfortunately when I put them on, they were far heavier than I expected and pulled my earlobes down so I had to return them 😔
The company offers a full refund or an exchange (which is unusual for earrings.)
I decided to exchange them for a different pair and the company were very prompt in organising this for me.
I highly recommend Niche and will definitely be buying from them again

Beautiful ear rings
Beautiful ear rings. These were a gift for my mother in law, who loved them. They were packaged beautifully (I didn’t need to wrap them at all!) and arrived in great time. I would not hesitate to buy from Niche again or recommend to friends.
