We have been with Nicholsons now for a few years,and had a new boiler fitted 3 years ago..and joined their Service scheme! Excellent value and well worth it..after a few small problems with the boiler( CO2 sensors) that needed upgrading,which were sorted same day,or next day..we couldn't be happier! Office staff and engineers are excellent..Thank you!

Four years on, our boiler has worked well and any problems have been quickly resolved by Nicholson's. They contact us promptly each year to arrange it's annual service and always turn up when they say they will.

Two boilers serviced both clean and tidy operation. Just one minor irritation was one boiler required re-filling twice when I realised the room temperature had dropped because of no pressure. Just a great friendly company who do the BUSINESS WITHOUT FUSS

I was pleased to receive their usual high standard of customer service; from the telephone call to arrange the appointment, to the service itself, Nicholson's staff are always friendly, yet professional and efficient. Had my annual boiler service carried out on my ATAG boiler which is required for warranty. The engineer arrived on time and was very friendly and knowledgable. Will be using them next year.

When arranging the time and date for my annual boiler service the office staff very helpful, friendly and very accommodating, arranging a suitable and convenient time for me. Nothing was a problem for them.

Fantastic service from the lads. All work completed the same day and not a single issue with it since. Great service from the company overall with courtesy calls to check I am happy with the service provided.

My annual boiler service was carried out on the date and time arranged with no fuss and a very understanding young man who kindly looked at a leaking radiator valve for me and then arranged for a replacement valve to be fitted within a few days. It was only a very slight leak, so no rush.
The fitter was efficient and completed my new rad valve fitting with no mess and fuss and was gone 25 minutes later.

Service engineer arrived within allocated time scale who was also pleasant and friendly, was only for yearly service of my ATAG boiler, no problems didn’t need any extra work. Have been using Nicholsons for many years, would have given 5 stars if they still did plumbing work very disappointing that they don’t.

Our 14 year old boiler was playing up and we eventually decided it needed replacing so went through the usual process of reading reviews before deciding on the likely model I needed and then contacted a few boiler installation providers before placing an order. John Nicholson came out to survey the job to provide a quote and was clearly very knowledgeable.After his visit & quote I opted for Nicholson's to install a Vaillant Ecotec Plus 32KW which they did on 9/6/2023. The lads that carried out the install , Jake and Josh , were brilliant . They never stopped all day and were very neat and tidy. In fact the stair carpet looked immaculate after Josh gave it a final clean with his Henry Hoover ! I would thoroughly recommend Nicholson's if you are in the market for replacing your boiler - you'll receive knowledgeable advice , a competitive quote , hard respectful workers and a boiler fitted correctly , neatly with minimum fuss !
