We had a great experience with Night Nannies. The individual recommended by the agency, Jessica Bisaso, was an incredible caregiver on whose advice and sound judgment I constantly relied. We felt incredibly privileged to have Jessica's support during the first few weeks with our newborn son, and I would not hesitate to recommend her and the Night Nannies agency to any family looking for a nanny for an infant or small child.

Our nanny via night nannies - where do I start? She is amazing. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Professional, personable, intuitive, sensitive, incredibly knowledgable due to her medical background which is so useful and reassuring. She knows exactly the right amount of info and update to give to a parent. She's wonderful and I'm absolutely devastated she's moved to South London as we really wanted to hire her permanently as a day nanny. Whoever works with her will be extremely lucky. I cannot recommend her in strong enough terms.

Professional service that does what it says. I would recommend this service to any new parent who needs a good nights sleep without having to worry.

Night nanny has been able to help us with great night Nannie’s who took care of our twin babies from birth to 5 months old. Professional, punctual, caring and loving Nannies who took great care of our babies and help maintain a synchronized routine at night via feeding them in tandem all the time. The agency was able to provide great references, in a speedy time. we had two different night nanny and were pleased with both of them.
I would definitely recommande night nanny as a night care agency !

Our nanny worked for us for 3 weeks as a night time maternity nurse for our 3 month old.

She was very respectful and discreet, very experienced with babies and their cues and has an overall warm and caring presence.

She was very proactive and always eager to help.

Our baby was sleeping through the night during her time with us.

We would not hesitate to hire her again and wholeheartedly recommend her.

Great experience overall. We were provided with a maternity nurse to help with the first two weeks of having our premature twin baby girls back at home after the hospital, and we were very happy with how it all went.

Our little one is 1 year old and during his first year we barely could sleep for a window of 2/3 max 4 hours straight as he was waking up constantly...a lot of rocking during the night to put him back to sleep (sometimes 1 hour rocking him!!), lots of breastfeeding, lots of sleeping in our bed...in a nutshell we were doing everything wrong. Of course, the bad nights impacted on a non-routine during the day. We were not able to know when our little one have to wake up, a clear an definided play time, lunch, naps , etc etc etc.

Now our little one is almost sleeping from 7pm to 7am!!! something that was totally unthinkable for us! of course now we have a clear routine to follow during the day, much more happy (much more less fussy and cranky during the day) has lots of energy.

I used Night Nannies to help find a sleep trainer for my baby girl. I have a 10 month old who sometimes sleeps through and other times will wake 4-5x / night. There was no explanation for her waking except either a habit or wanting a cuddle. The sleep trainer came to help sleep train / trouble shooting for my baby girl. She was incredibly helpful and kind. Her energy is fantastic. She is so calm and caring. She took a look at my daughter’s routine and made some changes which were hugely helpful. She also changed what she was sleeping in to make sure she was warmer. My daughter suffers from reflux and food allergies and she was clearly experienced with babies with the same which gave me a lot of confidence that we had the right person for the job. From the moment she stepped foot in our house, we felt we were in good hands. Since the first time my daughter wakes is earlier in the evening, she started earlier the first couple of nights without issue. The third night my daughter woke up screaming when she wasn’t there yet (at 8pm) and I messaged her and she immediately came over to help us, which was truly outstanding. She gave me and my husband the confidence to deal with our daughter’s waking / crying in a safe way. She was also so kind and caring to my 4 year old son. He really liked her and would continue to ask when she was coming over as he liked having her around. She continued to support us on Whatsapp and would check in continuously to see how my baby was doing. I would highly recommend her for sleep training and if we ever had any hiccups again she would be my first call!

Night Nannies is a wonderful agency. They are very quick to respond and provide thorough details and references about potential nanny options. The only reason I give four instead of five stars is that the interface to use their services is a bit out of date - it would be great if they could update some of their forms and payment processes, and even their booking process.

Sally - our local rep for East Sussex - was very responsive, following up immediately and finding us someone local. Her recommendation ended up being perfect for us. I don't know how we would have survived those first few weeks without her. Highly recommend the service and our night nanny.

Night Nannies was a godsend after I had my little girl. The nanny we used was highly experienced, warm, kind, personable and very caring with our baby. Even available for advice on Whatsapp when not working. She was also supportive of my wishes as a new mum and made me feel comfortable handing over my baby. Getting some sleep and time for me, always left me feeling like a new person the next day! Could not recommend more highly.

We contacted night nannies when we were at our wits end. 2 days after calling, someone came out and stayed with us for 3 nights. We didn’t expect someone to come out so quickly but so grateful they did!

Our 5 month old needed to be held to sleep and would not be put down. Night nannies changed that completely! The level of service and commitment is commendable and we cannot express our gratitude.

All email exchanges, phone calls and the sleep consultant herself were professional, trustworthy and realisable. What more could you want!

We've had 4-5 different night nannies who have helped at different times looking after my two daughters, from when they were 2 days old to a few months old. Night Nannies have been able to provide both regular support over a period of weeks, and also ad hoc cover on short notice. All the nannies we have met have been wonderful -experienced, gentle, and extremely professional, and have not only looked after our daughters, giving us some much needed sleep, but also shared lots of tips with us particularly when we were first time parents. I would fully recommend the agency to others.
