Excellent - I needed a night nanny 2 x per week for 2 months to catch up on sleep. sometimes i needed them very last minute. Night nannies were always available to help me whether i made an enquiry in the day or close to the evening or on a weekend - they were very quick to reply with suggested nannies. All of our night nannies were really professional, kind, punctual and great with our baby. Would highly recommend night nannies and will use them again for sure.

Madinah was excellent - the purpose originally was for me to catch up on some sleep whilst my husband was away but it ended up being so much more valuable than that. Madinah was great with Isabelle from the beginning and I instantly felt relaxed leaving her with Madinah. However, she was also so patient with me and taught me so much in such a short space of time. As a first time mother I now feel so much more confident and in control as a mum and understand my baby and what she’s trying to communicate so much more. After a tough couple of weeks adjusting to life with a newborn we only wish we’d met her sooner as she really has made such a difference in only a few days. We’re so grateful to her!

Our night nurse has been absolutely amazing with our new born and she started when she was 2 days old. She is a real teacher and trainer and brought a lot of peace to her but also to the rest of the family. She has so many techniques and adapts herself very quickly.
Will reemploy her again if we have another baby.

Winnie truly is the magic sleep fairy! From moment she walked in my son fell in love with her and was excited to see her the next day!

We had previously sleep trained my 27 month old son but he ‘untrained’ himself after several house moves and getting used to us sleeping in the same room as us. He would scream in his cot, not go to sleep until 10.30pm and wake several times in the middle of night. Winnie identified the fact that he still had the ability to get to sleep on his own and on her second night with us he was asleep in four minutes just after 8pm, our desired sleep time. From there she very gently reminded him of his training and there were very few tears especially as he was now happy to be in his cot.

Winnie realised that our son was waking in the night due to genuine hunger as he was drinking milk very quickly when offered and not eating enough food in the day. However, with her help we got him taking the milk and falling back to sleep immediately whereas previously it was taking up to two hours to get him back to sleep and he would only fall asleep with me on the floor next to him.

Though he is not back to going through the night we have him falling asleep quickly at 8pm with only a brief wake up for milk and then sleeping until about 8am. Big thank you Winnie who has saved our night’s sleep!

We used Night Nannies to find a last minute, temporary maternity nurse and also to find a sleep trainer for our 6.5 month old baby. Both of the specialists who were sourced by the agency were brilliant; very professional, kind and caring. We felt totally comfortable with both women and would have them both back in a heartbeat, should we have another baby. I would highly reccomend the agency.

Not only did our Night Nanny ensure that my husband and I had a blissful, uninterrupted night’s sleep but I was also so impressed by her wealth of knowledge and truly touched by the depth of care she showed towards my daughter - and, actually, to me and my own welfare.

I have since told all my friends due to give birth that using Night Nannies is an absolute must. Honestly, why we waited till our daughter was six weeks old to use Night Nannies is not an error I will make next time round!

I contacted Night Nannies recently when my daughter needed overnight help at short notice. My son in law was away unexpected, and she was trying to cope with two badly sleeping children on her own. I spoke to Sally, the local area administrator, at once (so much easier than filling in a form and waiting for some-one to call you back) who was understanding, sympathetic and extremely helpful. I had the references of an excellent sounding Nanny within an hour, and the nanny (whom my daughter said was lovely) started work three days later. The whole business was amazingly easy, and an outstanding success.

I would use them again without hesitation.

NightNannies responded incredibly swiftly and helped us find the perfect super nanny within a day. After her arrival, our lives changed. Our 3 month old daughter now goes to bed quickly, does not need bouncing or nursing anymore, loved the bottle and plays tons during the day. All accomplished in three days, without much crying. We now have a solid routine that works well for us. The big test came right after our nanny left: one week by myself with our little one as my husband was travelling. Instead of a stressful week, I enjoyed it so much! What a difference! I cannot recommend highly enough.

Second time using night nannies to find me a maternity nurse for my newborn. Excellent service and they matched me with an incredible nanny who not only took good care of my son, putting him in an excellent routine early doors, but also took great care of me, allowing me to recover physically and mentally quicker than I otherwise would.

Completely delighted with the service from Night Nannies. I called at my wits' end when our baby girl was four months old and I was suffering from acute postpartum insomnia. They were warm and empathetic and quickly found us a lovely nanny. I felt at ease from the moment she arrived at our house and quickly looked forward to seeing her on the evenings she was coming over to help. She was not only loving and confident with our baby – I immediately felt entirely happy to leave her to look after her, which is not always easy for a first-time mum! – but also helped us implement invaluable changes to our routine and approach to sleep that took us from broken nights to everyone sleeping through the night in only a few weeks! We can’t recommend them enough.

Really happy with the nanny we received. She was very knowledgeable, proactive and advised me on how to pump, how often to feed and how we could set up a bedtime routine for our son. Don’t know what we were doing before her! 😅

Our nanny was an absolute lifesaver. We had a very unsettled, refluxy baby boy and she soothed him like absolute magic. We felt so relaxed on the days she was coming because we knew he'd be in safe experienced hands and we would get some sleep at last! She is super easy to get along with and a great communicator. I would recommend her without hesitation.

Really pleased with the service from Night nannies - within a very short time period we were sent an excellent shortlist of potential night nannies and we are so pleased with our choice. I can’t recommend our nanny highly enough - she supported us as our night nanny for 6 weeks, arriving the night we got back from the hospital. Specially in those first few weeks of newborn madness it was such a welcome sight seeing her come through the door at 9pm and rescue us again and again! She is always cheerful, reliable, flexible, punctual, as well as full of advice and most importantly, she was absolutely wonderful and loving with our baby. Highly recommend!
