Last year, I bought an alternator for my VW Passat, had it installed by my mechanic, but it turned out to be faulty. When I tried to return it, they claimed they only exchanged it. I replaced it with a second alternator, which also faulty again. As a last resort, I bought a new one and paid for all the installation costs. When I went back to return the faulty part, they insisted on the same exchange policy and issued a credit receipt valid for one year. This year, when I tried to use the credit receipt for three suspension parts priced at £90, they charged me £110. The purchased parts didn't fit my car, and upon realizing that the receipt stated a 7-day return policy instead of the 14 days mentioned in their terms and conditions, they refused the return or exchange due to the elapsed time. I couldn't get any satisfaction from the money I spent on this company, adding travel expenses and additional mechanic costs. I strongly advise against dealing with them and recommend staying away.

These guys know their stuff
I have taken my Audi into 5 different garages and none were able to sort the 3 lights on my dashboard. All have said it's something to do with the air suspension. Harry at Nirro identified the problem, gave me a quote (new or second hand part) which was considerably cheaper than the other garages and fixed it in a timely manner. The cherry on the cake was the quote included VAT. I will use Nirro as my preferred garage while I have an Audi Q7. Keep the good work up.

No item received & inflated prices,don’t bother
I ordered on eBay an alloy wheel from these, I fully paid for the wheel & shipping
This is what they sent me back (I was nights that’s why I missed their call)
Hello, I have tried ringing several times but had no answer the phone keeps going straight to answerphone. Unfortunately the courier company that we would usually send the item with has gone into administration, so we have got a quote using parcel force and they have come back to us with a amount of £85 due to the weight of the part exeeding the maximum carraige weight. I have two more options now, the first of wich is with a company call sapphire ridge and the price is £60. The second of wich will be a pallet delivery for the same price of £60 but the pallet delivery is likely to be a faster delivery. Please let me know if you are willing to cover the additional shipping costs in ordeer to continue with your purchase.

Now they are still selling wheels for £8 shipping & I even found a courier for them for £21 to mail the wheel to me, no they cancelled the order
Basically they were trying to rip me off & to pay an extra £60-£85
The shipping method they listed was parcel force 48 so you tell me
I can’t leave negative feedback back on eBay because they cancelled the order, so this lot has taken advantage of that!! They will be reported to eBay
