Unbelievably bad experience with No.1 Blinds.
The blinds started fraying badly after 3 months, the owner Todd used every excuse in the book to get out of fixing them. He blamed that windows weren't straight, that we were pulling the chains across the the edges, that we pulled on the blinds and lastly that I was damaging these on purpose, because i was in a upset ! Go figure. These blind might be cheaper than other company, but save yourself the hassles or replacing the se after 3 months and go with a decent company that stands behind their product.
This is a word-for-word text response from the director of No1 Blinds :
'Cry baby after I came out today and pointed out how you had been operating the Blinds incorrectly not following the terms and conditions for sale. You now have got yourself into a rent and are damaging the blinds purposely yourself. , but that’s okay we met people like you before'
