I normally wear sweaters in a size Medium but I thought, to be safe, I’ll order my cashmere hoodie in Large. When I received it was way too small and fit like an S size (the arms length were way above my wrists). I went back and forth with customer service about it; I was at the time out of the country but barely made it back the day before the two week window expired (they were absolutely unwilling to extend it by a day or two) but then I found out that I would have to pay for the return to China for the exchange I was seeking. I eventually just gave up and gave the hoodie away: the price for the return would have been more than half the cost of the hoodie.
Buyers beware when you buy stuff directly from China: customer service usually sucks and you’re stuck with something that doesn’t fit, even though it’s clearly their fault if it doesn’t fit (even if sizes are somewhat relative, an L size should NOT fit like S size).
Oh, and I forgot: there are absolutely no labels in their product: nothing regarding what it’s made of and no size label!

Once again ... promising gold mountains yet still not delivering - every time blaming the shipment company - no refund possible yet no goods delivered - a real bunch of lying cheaters - don't buy nothing there !!!

If you already ordered:

* keep screenshots of the product page,
* save all emails and tracking info,
* pay only through protected payment methods,
* and if the item is fake/not delivered, open a dispute quickly with your bank or PayPal.

Don't touch this scamming company, cheap materials and they will 100% rip you off!!!
Your reviews are 93% poor, you always reply back to negative reviews but your a bunch of crooks, scamming people and taking their hard earned money!

I spent over £250 on three tracksuits that were of low quality sending back is an absolute nightmare as they go to China. They deny they have received them. It cost me over £80 to return so I am now out-of-pocket by £320 roughly. Still chasing refund but they are full of lies , they also ask you to lie on the returning package saying it’s under a certain amount so they don’t have to pay excise duties
Your reply is a lie as UPS said all 3 items were delivered & you keep trotting out the same lies , you’re scummy thieves & that’s why you won’t allow comments on any of your tacky social media posts

Warnung! Die Ware kommt ohne Label oder Material- Hinweis. Da ist nichts. Es ist definitiv nicht Kaschmir (Hosen). Dafür ist es zu schwer. Und der Artikel geht bei 40 Grad kaum ein. Ein sehr kleiner Woll-Anteil bei den Hosen. Wollpullover einfache Schurwolle.
Es war keine Retour möglich. Viele Ausreden und hinhalten.
Retour abgeblich dann nach China möglich. Zum Selbst- preis. Das machte ich natürlich nicht.
Die Adresse wurde schon mal von einem anderen Unternehmen genutzt - was inzwischen gesperrt ist.

Klarer Betrug ! Warnung!

I ordered a sweater from this company. I received a shipping notification the next day, but there was no tracking number. A couple of days later, I received a message saying their warehouse was overloaded with orders and that they would only be able to ship my order in 10 days. In reality, they need that much time for delivery, as the item is shipped from China. I asked for a refund, but they refused, as it violated their policy. Ultimately, two weeks later, I received my sweater with absolutely no tags. It was unclear who the manufacturer was, what the composition was, or how to care for it. When I tried it on, it was too small. I decided to return it, and that's when the quest began. I had to not only pay for the return to China but also pay duty. Eventually, I received confirmation from them that they had received my sweater back and that I would receive my refund shortly. More than a month has passed, and I still haven't received my refund; apparently, the short term is not here yet. I keep receiving emails from them saying they're looking into it and that my issue is their priority. But when I asked for a precise return deadline, I never received one. In fact, I lost the money for the item, paid for the return, and paid customs fees. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. Their entire business is built on lies and deception.

If I could give minus stars I would! Do not buy from this company. Delivery took ages, quality when it did arrive was dreadful, cheap and very tacky shoes that do not fit either the size ordered, nor the size below and more importantly are NO uk returns!
You have to apply for a refund THEN you find out it is in CHINA !! First you are offered to keep the shoes and buy new ones at 20% off (but they’ve taken so long to come, they are already in the sale!) then the onus is on you to send them back using UPS as they implicitly imply your ‘refund’ will be delayed if you don’t. Knowing the cost of this outweighs the price of the shoes, you refuse, then they offer a 30% refund which is STILL less than the cost of shipping . After many arguments they say they are doing their best as I still have the shoes and offer 40% refund ! I have offered to send them the shoes back anywhere in the uk as per their website offering free uk returns!
An absolute JOKE! I will put a PayPal request in and report them to trading standards!

Total fraud goods are not what they picture or describe it’s a scam. Chasing refund since December returns address is a flee bitten shanty town address it looks like couple of scammers sending out rubbish and once you have paid that the end. Suede shoes were made of cardboard paper with some sort of fake cheapest of the cheap fabric I have seen suede on a flees back than in the shoes. STEER CLEAR AND ABOID BUYING ANYTHING FROM I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO TRADING STANDARDS AND GET THIER WEBSITE REMOVED FROM THE UK INTERNET.

Honestly one star is too good, Do not buy from this company! It is a nightmare if you want to return something.I bought an item in December, I was chasing them for 2 months to get a return address and have now been chasing them for my refund since February when the item was delivered back. I don’t know how many emails I have sent, all their communication sounds like AI.
Product was poor quality from china. Sizing way too small and highly doubt it was cashmere as advertised. As company is based in china return postage is very expensive.

The prices on website do not match the quality of the cut or the materials used.
Feels like scam...but goods arrived so not.
I ordered 3 x large hoodies merino wool the arms are just about long enough not sure what will happen when I wash. No labels to show the materials used and or the washing instructions. Lesson learned.
Did not ask for a refund

Extremely poor customer service. You have to chase everything. My package didn't arrive so I had to prove no delivery. Following more than 10 emails telling me my refund is being processed from February this year to April I have yet to receive payment. Very poor

Just to be fair, the refund payment was made before the end of April but I wonder how much that was down to this review and contacting my credit card company to raise a dispute.

Stay away from this online store. Delivery times are very long, product quality doesn't match the photos, and the colors are off. The worst part is the complicated refund process. There’s no return label included; you have to reply to several emails, take pictures of the products, etc. The online store should have those pictures themselves—it’s their merchandise, after all. All this back-and-forth wastes time, and the return window expires. And there’s no flexibility on their part. I will definitely never order from Noba again.

You can’t make any return so they offer you a partial refund that surprisingly never arrives. I’ve been waiting 4 months and they say they submitted it but it’s the banking system that is slow.

Avoid —this is a scam. The products you receive are completely different from those shown on the website; even the colors don’t match, let alone the quality. Customer support does not respond. Fortunately, my bank was able to dispute the charge.

Although the company has received a significant number of one-star reviews—understandably leading to some skepticism—my personal experience has been positive. The cashmere T-shirt I purchased fits well and both looks and feels authentic. While it is relatively lightweight and not suitable as a winter garment, this is consistent with its design.

In terms of value, it may not represent exceptional pricing; however, comparable items in UK retail stores would likely cost a similar amount. Additionally, delivery was prompt and efficient, which further contributed to a satisfactory overall experience.

These people are scammers. they have an automated communication system that keeps telling you what you want to hear but they do not refund as they say.
Lying bunch of thieves

It is a shame the lowest option is one star as someone actually has to deserve it. This company is a scam. They sent damaged goods, an inadequate size, and refused to refund it in full.
