I would recommend you shop elsewhere. I was sent the wrong hot cup size, even after specifying countless times in emails, and then, instead of making it right, they offered a discount for the wrong size cups and I had to PURCHASE a full order qty of the correct size I ordered in the first place. The cold cup lids all broke after being placed on a cup, either immediately, or after 5 minutes which left customers with coffee on their shirts. Spend your money elsewhere. Proofing was slow which delayed my order an additional 7 days. Overall I'm happy with the product but just with it didn't take so long to communicate with production.

10 days of back-and-forth over basic prepress handling, including bleed, sizing, template fit, and getting the submitted artwork to properly fill their own print area.

Their service allows customers to send artwork for their team to place into the required template, which was done, yet the file was still described as not fitting the template and as potentially producing white edges unless further adjustments were made.

After 10 days, production had not started, and there was no phone support available—only email communication. Because the issues remained unresolved, cancellation and refund were requested - still haven't headback on that.

Communication between me and the designer was flawless. I always have a great experience with notissue. their high quality products and ease of production keep me coming back to repurchase.
