The clinic was easy to find, and Ivone was incredible - very friendly and professional, which made the appointment super easy and comfortable. The consultation was also very swift, and Ivone was very considerate and professional throughout. Overall, I had a great experience with Nomad at their London City clinic.

Absolutely recommend
My second visit to Nomad in Cardiff this year. Claire was as wonderful this time as she was the first. Both me and my husband really appreciated her knowledge, experience and ability to advise us on what vaccinations/ precautions we needed to take for our upcoming travels. I had made a mistake with our booking day and Claire was wonderfully flexible and fitted us in on the day. She was kind, understanding and didn’t make me feel at all bad for having got my days wrong! Our children (11 and 8) were supported beautifully with their vaccines such that it was a really positive experience for them too. Thanks again.

Efficient service
My appointment was very efficient, and my consultant was friendly and knowledgeable, talking me through the rationale and risks behind everything. I appreciated that they only offered me the vaccines that were necessary and didn't try to give me all of them to make more profit.
