I ordered and paid for 9 pairs of socks.It took two weeks for them to get here and I got 6 pairs of socks

I wrote to customer service and asked how to do a return and how to get a refund because I couldn't wait that long to get the socks and I asked for everything back including the shipping. I paid over $6 for shipping and they refused to pay back the shipping. Even though it took two weeks to get the product and I was missing 3 pairs of socks. Now, most companies in good faith would credit you back the whole amount because of the inconvenience and the fact that they screwed up but not this company.

Do not buy this product! No nonsense mortar cartridge dark grey.
Someone must be colour blind in that company...it was not even light grey...it came out white and did not darken when dry. It cost a lot of time to correct. Get a decent mortar gun and make your own mix.

Nearly impossible to get a renewal quote. Already had insurance with them and made me jump through hoops to get a quote for this year. Added 1000 this year and up 350% over two years. What a joke. Wouldn't go near them again. Got a lot better price with a different company.

What a lot of lies and fake advertisement...
Everything is nonsense in this insurance.
Getting a quote is a nightmare ( you must be 50 years old, never had even a theft claim, 30 years driving experience etc... )

A joke...
