I had a very bad experience. The owner came out and provided a fixed quotation for various tree work. I accepted. On the day the owner turned up with 2 other employees. He then after an hour went off to price other work which isn’t a problem. However, when I approached them to say that some of the work they were doing needed attention as they were not going what was agreed he got defensive. It suddenly changed to day rate. It was clear to me that he did not come with the correct man power to do the job. He left the site and refused to come back. Work was half done and some not even done at all and it certainly did not represent what we had agreed in the quote. He offered a couple of hundred discount for me to get another contractor to finish but it was clear that that would not cover someone else to do all the work that was left. On further inspection they had dumped cuttings and branches behind shrubs and hedges in the garden and trampled down flowers. Really disappointed and quite upset. Be very cautious and certainly inspect the work before payment. Very unprofessional

We had a tree over in the high winds on Thursday. Northwich Trees came and removed it. Very quick and no mess left at a competitive price. Well done lads I would highly recommend.

They attended on time and carried out the pruning of overgrown ornamental cherry trees and evergreen hedging. All then tidied up and carted away. More than happy with the result and would most certainly use again.

I had a large conifer that had become a potential danger to our neighbours home. I contacted Craig at Northwich Tree Surgery and his response exceeded my expectations to say the least. He called around to inspect what was required, within hours. Despite being incredibly busy with work he sent a team around the following day to tackle the job. The team were so friendly and very professional. They explained what they would do and how they would carry out the job. They made the site safe and secure and set about their work. They were unbelievably efficient, tackling the job so quickly I was delighted with how they finished it.
They were surprisingly competitive too
