This was not to “silence” traders but to prevent misinformation and scams spreading while systems were unstable. The new communication framework will replace those channels with direct verified support lines and community updates.

* **Compensation accounts:** You’re absolutely right — compensation for traders affected during the downtime earlier this year took longer than intended. That delay was due to the backend rebuild and database validation that had to be completed before issuing accounts fairly. The compensation queue is still active, and traders who were affected are being processed in batches.

* **Payouts and dashboard stability:** Nostro 2.0 introduced a brand-new infrastructure on our **own secured servers**.
