Simple OnLine Process Works Well
Our on-line notarization process went smoothly and worked well. We had a Sworn Statement of Family Gift of Used Vehicle notarized with the two signers located in different cities. Despite technical issues on my end due to slow internet speed, our notary was patient as I worked through my issues. I highly recommend this service.

No support?
I logged in 2 minutes early, and it kept giving me an error message. I emailed the support email, the notary and the booking email 5 minutes after my appointment started, with screenshots showing it was not letting me log in, then 20 min later got a receipt showing my appointment was cancelled and I was charged. I have been on their chat bot for 20 minutes, no one is answering emails or the chat...
