Very good!
I honestly didn’t think they would do much, I’ve been using vitamin supplements from a well known retailer for months and I couldn’t get my levels up. After 1.5 months on the B12 and vit D gummies my levels are finally up! Really chuffed as they’re much nicer to eat then swallowing pills and they taste really good!
