Unsere Erfahrungen waren bisher sehr gut. Anfragen wurden super schnell mit einem Angebot beantwortet und auch nach Bestellungen lief die Lieferung reibungslos.
Ein empfehlenswerter Partner in den schwierigen Zeiten - auch wenn die Preise teilweise recht hoch sind.

Very accommodating with facilitating Blind Shipments via courier collection, as well as making arrangements for shipping ocean freight. We made an order on July of 2022, and up to this date we haven’t received the full order, can’t believe the lack of professionalism of this company, they already took the 50% of the order and by causality they only had deliver the 20% and they are asking me to cancel the order asking for the 30% penalty and they already had that 30%

UNCANCELABLE LIES
I made an order in March for more than 11,500 dls, they have given me long 4 times, they told me that it is available in stock we are in October and they still haven't sent me my material, every month that passes they send it to the next one, I lost a client for this delay and do not accept returns.
I will never buy there again

We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with the service that we provided.
We do not state to customers that our stock is available and then amend delivery times. However, stock levels do fluctuate daily and if stock is limited then we do advise not to delay placing your order, if the case was that stock was sold in between us quoting and you placing the order then you would have been advised of the new lead time.
There is currently global manufacturer delays that have been unavoidable. Unfortunately we can only issue delivery times based on when manufacturer stock is available.
As we are not able to identify your order without your name and order, we ask you to message us directly if you would like to talk more or discuss your concerns.
We appreciate your feedback and value your business. It saddens us to hear you were not happy with the service as we always strive for excellence.
