Anch'io voto una stella perché non posso votare meno! Comperati a1100 dopo qualche mese in offerta a 690! La ricarica della batteria dura al massimo 5 ore e non si può ricaricare in mobilità ci vuole sempre la base ! Volume basso e non è possibile aumentare i diminuire per ogni orecchio!
App farraginosa dopo qualche giorno di non utilizzo bisogna riformularla altrimenti non funziona.
Materiale degli occhiali plastica poco resistente anche al sudore se si fa sport. Non si può usare un casco da moto perché vanno in tilt. L'assistenza non esiste !
Per me non sono quello che la pubblicità descrive. Non li ricomprerei più! Forse i prossimi con le dovute evoluzioni saranno meglio.

The application was once actually pretty predictable but the current version reminds me of glitchy free-ware. The difference is the real money I have paid to use it. The biggest issue is that when you move the cursor in the dictation box there is about a 30% chance that when you start dictating, that is where the text will show up. Sometimes it shows up in random places taking my time to correct or the new trick is starting one place then moving elsewhere within the document. Annoying - Yes. In a medical setting where this may actually affect treatment plans this is seriously dangerous. I have had pretty much no luck with support. Pretty expensive headache at this point... many of the FREE medical AI programs are almost as good and many times have a better, more up to date medical vocabulary including medication names. My children would call this: EPIC FAIL!

Ho una diagnosi dell'apparato uditivo compatibile con le promesse dei Nuance e così ho affrontato un investimento non indifferente visto che li ho anche configurati con lenti progressive EssilorLuxottica XR series. L'esperienza visiva è buona, ma non avevo dubbi viste le mie esperienze passate; purtroppo, l'esperienza uditiva è negativa, non ho apprezzato miglioramenti, ma soprattutto sono deluso ed amareggiato per l'assistenza Clienti, inesistente, che non si è neanche degnata di chiamarmi per comprendere ed eventualmente aiutarmi ad avere il meglio dal dispositivo. Consiglio vivamente di riflettere a lungo prima di procedere all'acquisto.

Ho speso 1.600,00 dopo 1 anno e 3 mesi mentre li indossavo si è rotta una delle 2 asticella senza che io avessi fatto niente. Nonostanze la garanzia di 2 anni che copre solo difetti di fabbrica non cè stato niente da fare. 1.600 euro buttati. Stavo valutando di comprare gli occhiali Meta ma dopo questa esperienza...mai più acquisti di questo tipo. Sono in plastica e come tutti gli occhiali le asticelle hanno durata limitata solo che questi occhiali oltre a costare moltissimo di più hanno i meccanismi elettronici all'interno, quindi li puoi praticamente buttare.

I've used older versions of Dragon since 2004. I was forced to upgrade to Dragon 16, which is terrible.

I have been using Dragon Dictate for a long time. I found Dragon 15 glitchy, so I upgraded to 16, which costs an extra €400 so €800 in total when we include the original and the upgrade! I still found it wasn't as accurate as it used to be. It wasn't picking up a lot of the words I was saying, so I spent a lot of time trying to train it. It's also very glitchy; sometimes it doesn't work in some programmes, and you have to reboot your entire computer! Many problems arise when using Google as the Dragon extension for Chrome; it sometimes does not work. So you end up having to shut Chrome down and restart it! I've complained a few times over the years with no response! Anyway, made the decision today to move away from Dragon Dictate and go with a far superior product called Blip AI!

Ho acquistato Nuance Audio per compensare un lieve deficit uditivo. Sono circa tre mesi che li uso.
Ecco i punti essenziali della mia esperienza.
Dopo la calibrazione sulla propria voce , il risultato è davvero straordinario, adattandosi a diversi rumori ambientali. Per ottenere ciò è utile e necessario usare la app sul cellulare. Una persona con poca dimestichezza ad usare app potrebbe non riuscire a sfruttare al meglio questa potente tecnologia elettronica integrata in una montatura elegante.
È utile spegnere occhiali Nuance con un comodo tasto sulla montatura quando non sono utili per risparmiare la batteria. La ricarica è sempre necessaria a fine giornata.
Detto ciò una esperienza assolutamente positiva.

Do una stella perché non posso dare zero.
L’acquisto degli occhiali a settembre 2025 si è rivelata una grossa fregatura a partire dal prezzo .Pagati 1100 euro a settembre, dopo due mesi erano in vendita con lo sconto del 30% è adesso si trovano a700 euro. Visto che non si tratta di una maglia o un paio di scarpe.
Questo già denuncia la completa mancanza di serietà e professionalità.
Gli occhiali non sono quasi mai riuscita ad usarli perché l’app funziona malissimo e quando mi servono ha sempre qualche problema. Adesso poi non funziona proprio più, non mi riconosce e non mi permette di aprire un nuovo account. Al telefono non risponde mai nessuno e non é vero che puoi rivolgerti a qualunque rivenditore, perché ti rimandano sempre al punto di acquisto.
Statene lontano gli occhiali servono a poco, ma la fregatura è al 100%

Ho acquistato gli occhiali a Luglio 25 , li ho acquistati su Subito .it , il venditore ( autorizzato ) mi ha spedito gli occhiali , ho pure messo le lenti graduate , comunque a letto era impossibile utilizzarle in quanto se giravi la testa un forte suono invadeva l'orecchio , e per questo modo li ho usati pochissimo , qualche giorno fa' l'occhiale non caricava piu' mi sono rivolto all'assistenza che mi chiedeva la fattura -scontrino , il venditore non mi ha fornito dello scontrino , praticamente ha venduto senza pagare l'iva , l'occhiale riporta la data di produzione 04\25 è teoricamente sarei in garanzia sino al 04\27 , ma l'assistenza non ne vuole sapere , dice che non puo' attivare la garanzia , e mi chiude al chat in faccia ,non rispondono alle email , sono persone sgarbate veramente da evitare. comunque la mia recenzione 1 stella va algli occhiali è all'assistenza.

Dragon16 is a useful product, but there are so many extremely frustrating design flaws that there is no way I could recommend it to anyone. The basic dictation functionality is good. Other things are not. For example, migrating profiles, even in the same version, is a catastrophe. Theortically it must be possible, but we have spent much time without success. Configuration or tuning the vocabulary is also a challenge. It is unclear what, if anything, accuracy tuning does.

seit über 3 Monaten versucht die Firma vergeblich, ein Problem mit der Spracherkennung zu lösen. Es geht um ein add in das die Verbindung zwischen Word und Nancy herstellt. Die Firma hat sich hartnäckig trotz völliger Erfolglosigkeit und häufig auch verkehrten Anweisungen geweigert, per Fernwartung sich das Problem anzuschauen und ist nunmehr seit 3 Wochen nicht mehr erreichbar. Ich habe mithilfe der Fachleute Der Telekom versucht die Anweisungen vonNuance zu beantworten.die Fachleute haben die Wege zu einer bestimmten Information angegeben waren. Ich kann keine Korrektur mehr durchführen und habe ständig keinen Abstand zwischen 2 Worten Chat GPT sagt mir, dass das Problem weiter verbreitet ist. Möglicherweise bahnt sich etwas ähnliches an

My previous version of Dragon stopped working because of upgrading to Windows 11! I called the customer service line, and they provided me with an updated version of the new Dragon 16 software free of charge. Leo on the helpdesk was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend!

I've been using Dragon NaturallySpeaking for 20 years, and always found it very useful, I really can't understand the bad reviews. I don't normally leave reviews, but the customer service was so good, and Leo was so helpful I had to!

FYI, I'm writing this review using the software and it hasn't made one mistake!

Dragon Home, Version 15
A year or so ago. I paid good money for this application.
Because arthritis is now affecting my fingers. That aside. I am MANUALLY typing this review. Such that it will be ACCURATE. i cannot rely on Naturaly Speaking
The instructions on set up tell you. That once you have created a profile. The application will still continue to LEARN about the way you speak.
And improve recognition and accuracy.
Mendacity.
Simple words that the application has mis-spelt. I STILL have to continue to ask the application to spell correctly
It will also randomly make up words. ' And he ' always appears as ' Andy ' There are many others to numerous to mention.
It also has the habit of randomly capitalising letters for no good reason. And scattering commas with gay abandon.
All have which has to be corrected by my arthritic fingers on the keyboard.
I have now returned to the Microsoft speech recognition within Windows 7 Pro. Which is primitive. But is accurate and does not ' do its own thing '

AVOID THIS APPLICATION LIKE THE PLAGUE

I've been using Dragon Speech recognition for a decade. As a disabled person, it enables me to write more effectively and easily.
When my old computer crashed, I had to get a new one. Windows 11 isn't compatible with the older product, so I went to the website to price a new one. Imagine how it felt for someone living on disability to find out the only product available is the Professional one, at twice the price of the previous product plus some.
They don't care about the disabled unless they have $700 for the new product. They're greedy and selfish. Don't buy their stuff. Find a company willing to accommodate the disabled like this one accommodates the wealthy.

I am a high-level quadriplegic, and I have been using Nuance Voice Control now for 17 years. Since upgrading from Windows 8 to Windows 10 and now 11, and even after trying to work with them, my computer keeps freezing up. I cannot be the only person that this happens to. I have had it uninstalled and reinstalled, and purchased an expensive computer, and it still does it. My recommendation is that you don't purchase this product under any circumstances.

Been with these lot since they began and have had most versions of Dragon Naturally Speaking over the years.
Used the last version once and then tried to download it on a new PC that I treated myself to shortly afterwards.
When I downloaded the software I was told it had expired so I called a customer services technician who had the personality of a bag of rice, and he advised me that the "new version" would normally cost £700 but that I could upgrade for £350 - I nearly spat my tea out and there is no budging them - Find an alternative or they'll hit with upgrade charges every time they or Windows upgrade. I’ve tried since before Christmas to have one serial number deactivated so I can reinstall it on the same device (a refresh was needed).

I’ve emailed literally every day for 2 months and I’ve got standard support replies to don’t apply.

I have Dragon Naturally Speaking V15.
I uninstalled and reinstalled it on a new machine.
I received a message, "Maximum Installations Reached."
I called support and was told that they no longer support the product and will no longer allow the use of V15 unless I pay £300 to upgrade to V16.
No way! There was nothing about this in the T&C's when I purchased the product.

Horrible!
I've had issues with Dragon Home 15 from the beginning due to MS WORD being disabled, but I was able to enable the NatSpeak WORD extension when necessary. Having the same issue returning, with original troubleshooting no longer a viable solution, I was informed by Nuance my Windows 11 system is no longer compatible with Dragon Home 15 after two years of creative writing. The tech "expert" told me to copy/paste dictation from Dragon Box if I chose to continue using Dragon software. With a rebuttal stating I've been using the Dragon software for 2.5 years, the Nuance representative verbally stated there was nothing they could do. Even acknowledging that customers buying Nuance products in this circumstance were the "losers." Customer service informed me that any refund would have to come from Best Buy, Amazon, or wherever I made the purchase, but then offered a new version for 360.00 USD.
Nuance was correct; the customer, me, and many others were the losers. So much for professionalism and business ethics.
FYI
