This order was a nightmare. I ordered it a month before Father's Day. As of today, it has not arrived. They gave me a tracking number that said delivered. They gave me a second tracking number and told me to contact the post office. The post office said that the tracking number didn't even belong to my package. So I have emailed them again. I have a suspicion that I've lost my money and didn't receive the gift.Don't order anything from these people.

I was skeptical at first and it took weeks to receive my order but it was what I ordered and what was expected. They did send me frequent emails regarding the tracking and delivery of my order. I would order from them again.

Company is horrible. I ordered the Kyle Busch pop figure and when I finally received the order it was not Kyle Busch. It was an F1 driver named Ayrton Senna. I sent the company multiple emails, with picture proof of mistake and all they said was “I checked with the warehouse and the correct item was sent”. They offered to credit my account $10.00, Every email response from them was the same.
Do NOT order anything from this company. They are a fraud!!!!

The quality of the coins was good. The shipping updates were helpful. However, I did not realize the coins were being shipped from a foreign country. The coins were shipped promptly. But they took a long time to process and travel through that country and its customs. Nothing the seller could do about that, though. Ordered June 10, Arrived July 2.

Horrible.. My notification was sent as delivered. It was not. Come to find out the delivery zip code was of the city post office, and not my home zip code (by me tracking it down AGAIN.. not the first screw up of this logistics group (my last package was delivered to Arizona not Florida). Hopefully the package will be delivered today. UPDATE: Package was received. The coins came from a foreign country, I haven't had them authenticated yet. Feels fishy to receive a collection of proof American coins
from a foreign country.

It came from over seas. Awesome. So glad Kyle Busch's item was available!

I received an item I did not order. That item was crushed.
I contacted customer service.
Said they did not have the item I ordered.
Charge card was billed $31.00+.
Was offered $3.00
Very pissed customer.

I ordered the Kyle Busch Legacy Memorial figure but received an Ayrton Senna figure. When I received it the packaging was damaged, which is important for a collectible piece. Netchese has refused to either send me a replacement or refund my money despite my sending them pictures of what I received and the packaging that it came in, insisting that they didn’t make any mistakes. They have offered me $8 in compensation. I am so frustrated that I don’t know what to do next. I have written very polite emails to them but they will not listen or cooperate. I don’t recommend anyone dealing with them in case you have a problem. I am sure some purchases must be fine but my experience has been awful.

Horrible!!! Im so angry. Package arrived all beat to hell. Upon opening, box and POP are destroyed and the best part...ITS NOT EVEN KYLE BUSCH !!!!!🤬 BUT some guy named Ayrton Senna,i dont even know who he is. How do you plan to fix this and make me whole. Have pictures

Zippo lighter was advertised as having more detail and craftsmanship. When lighter received is was a plain print.

The ordering process was easy and the item arrived well packaged. Overall a painless purchase and my wife liked the item very well.
