Supportive, clear and genuinely helpful from start to finish
I had a really positive experience with NWES throughout my start up loan application.
From the beginning, the process was clear and well explained, which made what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable and straightforward.
Letitia was fantastic. She was supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely took the time to understand my business and guide me through each stage. Her advice was practical and reassuring, and I always felt confident moving forward because of her input.
Michele was also excellent and kept me well informed during the final stages. Communication was clear and timely, and I always knew what was happening and what to expect next.
Overall, the support felt personal rather than transactional, and that made a big difference. I would highly recommend NWES to anyone considering a start up loan.

John Coombs was an AMAZIN help!
We worked with John Coombs to apply for our startup loan. I was SO GRATEFUL the entire process as John understood exactly what was necessary, helped my partner and me every step of the way, even went as far as to work on or worksheets together to make sure they were perfect. As a result, after we had a slight clarification niggle, our loan was approved in 24 hours! John was AMAZING and NWES was such an asset in our process.

I can’t speak more highly of the service
I can’t speak more highly of the service I received from NWES, and in particular from John C. From the moment we exchanged our first email, I felt his warmth and professionalism. John guided me through the application process and answered any and all questions I had, so much so that he was available to have a Zoom call with me whenever I needed it. He was also incredibly responsive, emailing me over the weekends with updates to ensure I was fully informed throughout the entire process.
Beyond just the professional side, John is simply a nice person, which really helped. It made the relationship feel much more natural and less transactional. He took a genuine interest in my business and got to know me over the short time we worked together.
All of this resulted in my Start Up Loan application being processed successfully in record time.
I am extremely happy with the service I received from NWES, and in particular from John C.

I cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism and outstanding communication I have experienced from the team. Right from onboarding and question answering which involved Trudy Pierce, Sarah Duggell and Nicole Wells, webinar host and advisor Richard Voisey and concluding with super-coach John Coombs, I felt 100% supported and that there was a genuine desire to help. In a world full of slow, robotic cut and paste responses to be acknowledged and helped super swiftly and personably is brilliant.
