My husband had a vest made by your company and he wanted a few more colors.
I ordered 2 more. The package came and the packing slip said both were in the bag but there was only one.
I called your customer service and got immediate help to get the second vest.
The vests that came were not the same as his favorite one. I had ordered the wrong ones. Again I spoke with customer service and was helped to order 3 of his favorite . The rep spent a lot of time helping me find the product id number. And she vowed to help me return the product he didn’t like.

Everything I ordered was as expected and described. My only concern was that I was not alerted that my order was coming in multiple packages on different days. The tracking info and all emails just stated one package. I gave it a couple of days and sure enough the rest of my order arrived. Worth 5 stars and I'll be back but you get 4 stars cause I'm already anxious enough. I didn't need that extra stress.

Great pricing on Russell t-shirts. The price of shipping is very high comparatively (this may explain the price of the shirts). The packaging is just a plain poly bag, which causes wrinkles in the product. Giving four stars overall…product is exactly what I wanted. Shipping four business days, a bit slow for the price paid (US - state to state).

Rapid order filling. Ordered ‘heavyweight’ tees, received ‘dry power’ tees. Don’t know if those are the same. Was looking a heavier weight shirt. I like what I received, colors were correct.

I've been having very hard time finding quality men's tank tops for three years. The local stores have little to no stock and the good 100% cotton type shirts are no more or very few pickings each spring. I even got screwed last month on couple on line orders where the description was completely un matched from product purchased or the quality so so bad just threw both orders in the garage for shop rags. Stumbled across NYFifth and tried my luck. Was weary after recent purchases so called and viewed order with very pleasant professional and knowledgeable rep who assured my all would be well and what I was ordering is what I wanted. 5 days later order arrived and finally have nice tank tops for spring 3 white 3 safety green and 3 pink. Great product and great experience. Will be placing duplicate order for summer now :)
