Had my phone hacked and had to get a new number and change my password and email address as well as set up the O2 app and Nadia from the O2 shop in Meadowhall was so helpful and patient as I’m not tech savvy at all , she made such a stressful time for me so much easier , she is a credit to the company .

Complaint Resolution
Went to store at Meadowhall to resolve a problem originating from Doncaster store. After purchasing a new phone for my son, and not wanting to ruin the surprise was advised to take out an additional number. This has resulted in me paying for three contracts instead of two. Jamie Leigh was very helpful and went above and beyond to resolve my concerns. We have part resolution with advice on how to file a further complaint that she was unable to resolve with the customer service team. At this stage it is because of Jamie- Leigh’s actions we will not be cancelling our x5 devices and contracts as she has supported us as an O2 customer of over 20 years

I have recently been widowed and needed to take out three contract Sims which should have been easy but it was the opposite we kept hitting road blocks at every turn we had the good fortune to be dealing with a sales advisor called Jamie leigh the service we received from her was absolutely outstanding the care compassion and empathy given to me my children and our situation was amazing Jamie Leigh had to deal with different people in different departments and did it in a professional way with our best interest at heart it had taken three weeks for us to get our sims sorted and through out all that and some bad and upsetting decisions by other departments Jamie Leigh had kept me up to date and advised me what to do this young lady has gone above and beyond and should be recognised as an outstanding member of the team and an amazing advocate for o2 because if it had not been for her and her amazing service I would have gone elsewhere and I have been a customer of o2 for 20 years 😊

I have recently changed from an android…
I have recently changed from an android to an iPhone 17 pro max
Fabulous phone but it takes a while to understand how to navigate around at first
I am absolutely astounded at the quality of customer care I received on three occasions at 02 Meadowhall
Julian has superb people skills is so knowledgeable concise and patient !!!
He is a real asset to O2 I think he deserves to be recognised for that
His skill set is well above the benchmark
After a serious head and facial injury I do have problems with my memory
At no point did Julian show any lack of compassion and care as many do
He makes things understood without making one feel foolish
The whole environment is fabulous at O2 Meadowhall and certainly well organised
I highly recommend paying the shop a visit it’s so worth it
On another occasion I spent time with Mason who is fabulous too
Excellent customer service skills ,really quite charming and awesome at his job
I really hope both guys are rewarded well by the company they work for as they truly deserve that
