After a fire damaged my family home, the insurance company did absolutely nothing to help us, as a mother of 3 toddlers this left myself and my husband completely stressed and overwhelmed. after instructing Oakleafe, I can honestly say they were amazing from start to finish. Someone from their team came out to inspect the damage the day we called and gave us really clear advice on what to do next. They even arranged alternative accommodation for us straight away, which was such a relief because our insurance couldn’t seem to do anything to help with that. With three kids to look after and no home to go back to, it made all the difference. Oakleafe really stepped in when the insurance company didn’t, and I’m so grateful for everything they did. I’d highly recommend them to anyone! myself and my husband have finally moved back in with our children after all works were completed and finally can begin our life again. something i didnt think we would get to do for a very long time.

Saved my sanity! after a flood in my home i share with my husband and children, i was having so many issues with my insurance company, they were taking a long time to resolve the claim and we were living in an environment that was not safe. I found Oakleafe online and i could not believe there were companies out there who would literally take away all the stress. 4 months after the flood, i am now sitting in my new kitchen, not my old kitchen with only half replaced as my insurance company offered!!
