What a great experience. Giles is a great guy. I part exchanged an existing watch for a new Omega and Giles made the whole process really easy. A great part exchange valuation too. The quality of the new watch is absolutely perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Oakleigh again.

4th watch purchased from Giles in a relatively short period. I’ve been sitting on the fence with purchasing this particular watch for a while, and had seen some terrible examples of it around the UK. Giles has been a great sounding board for about 4 months now, while I plucked up the courage to pursue it. He’s found me a great example at a very reasonable price, and on top of this you have peace of mind with an 18 month warranty.

This was my first time purchasing a watch online; however, Giles put me at ease with his professional approach and quick responses (even when I was messaging well into the night).
In the end, I traded in two watches (with a very fair valuation) and purchased three watches to add to my collection. The whole process was very easy and took less than a week from agreeing the deal to me having the watches delivered to my door.

I recently purchased a Rolex Explorer 114270 from Oakleigh and it was a fantastic experience. The watch was exactly as described, with every detail attended to with care. It was clear that Oakleigh value quality and customer satisfaction. I’m thoroughly impressed with the value and service provided, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a second-hand watch.
