Oakleigh Watches Ltd Reviews

I'd been looking to change my 'special occasion watch' for a while now and have been a regular visitor to the Oakleigh watches website, having read the positive reviews and liked the general feel of the site.

After an initial email to Giles about a possible trade in, he came back with a favourable figure and the wheels were set in motion.

In less than a working week, and with a bank holiday in the middle, the deal was done. My watch trade in was picked up and a few days later the 'new to me watch' arrived.

I have to say that the packing and wrapping is superb with the presentation being 1st class and the protection of the contents also first class.

Finally I reached the point where the inner box was opened to reveal the watch. To say I am delighted is an understatement. It's perfect and just what I was looking for. The whole package is just stunning, every bit of paperwork is there, all the tags from the original purchase, instruction booklet, everything matches, even the original purchase receipt. Everything is simply stunning. A true full set watch as the website promised.

Thank you so very much everything Giles. From initial enquiry to the deal done and the fulfilment, its all been brilliant.

I would absolutely have no reservations in letting my family and friends know about my experience with yourself Giles and Oakleigh. Just perfection in every sense.

Thank you once again.....what a way to kick off 2025........in style.

My first time dealing with Oakleigh Watches.
Giles offered me a ver fair p/ex deal-an Omega Speedmaster for a Rolex Sea Dweller with cash adjustment.
The Watch arrived next day delivery,a full set and as described on the website.
I would like to thank Giles for a pleasurable buying experience and would not hesitate to buy from Oakleigh Watches in future.

A super slick and very professional exchange and purchase. From initial enquiry to final purchase Giles was excellent. When hunting for a new watch I looked at sites such as WatchFinder and Chrono24 but to be honest their sites felt very transactional and cold. Conversations with Giles using WhatsApp and email were warm and personal, resulting in a much more enjoyable buying experience. I was a bit worried about dealing remotely, but I needn’t have been as everything went smoothly and my purchase was exactly as described. Thanks Giles, another happy customer.

I’ve dealt with Giles a few times now and I’ve always found him to be sound , honest and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend oakliegh watches for your new time piece.

Absolutely delighted with the service received from Oakleigh watches. Giles took time to answer my questions and help me decide on the most beautiful watch which was perfect for me. He was both knowledgeable and patient. The watch was even more beautiful when it arrived and was so carefully packed it was a real delight to receive.
Would throughly recommend Oakleigh Watches to any discerning buyers.

This isn't my first nor is it likely to be last purchase from Giles! He has always brought knowledge and quality to the transaction. His attention to detail and quality of service makes it far too easy! I would highly recommend Oakleigh Watches if you in the market.

I've purchased another watch from Oakleigh and as always, Giles was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I like the fact that he sometimes has some more unusual watches and they are always in top condition and sensibly priced. I have no hesitation in recommending Oakleigh Watches for a great selection of pre-owned watches at competitive prices.

Purchased a Tudor today, great service and very helpful will definitely be going back again.

Exceptional service provided from start to finish. Exactly as described the watch could have come straight from Omega.
Part exchange planet ocean chronograph to my new planet ocean titanium.
Would definitely recommend Oakleigh Watches and will be back in touch for the next purchase.

Giles is one of my most trusted dealers in the business, after trading with him twice on grail-worthy deals. Buy with absolute confidence, I can not recommend this company highly enough. An absolute gem of a human with a genuine passion for watches. People like this are hard to come by! 10/10, will be using again when I want to buy something special.

Excellent experience dealing with Oakleigh Watches…. Giles Was very easy and pleasant to deal with, the Tudor pelagos I received was in fantastic condition as described. Will definitely deal with this company again.

Giles made this experience a very plesant one, his knowlage of the watch I bought was very good and I feel I bought from a friend and this is the second watch ive bought and there will be a third.

I bought a Rolex DateJust from Giles for my wife. We visited his showroom to view the watch in person. The watch looked better than described.
The customer service Giles offers is excellent and he can’t do enough for you.
I would definitely use Oakleigh Watches again and already have my eye on a new Rolex.

Giles helped me through the entire process of buying the timepiece. In my case he went well beyond normal levels of customer service.
The 53 year old watch was delivered as described. It is in pristine condition. I was instantly transported back to the 1970’s when I strapped it on. Thank you so much.
I can highly recommend Oakleigh Watches.

This is my fourth interaction with Giles and all have been seamless and thoroughly professional. Many thanks for the fabulous service.

I wouldn't hesitate using Giles's services again for my next purchase.

Great service and good to deal with

Second time I’ve bought a watch from Oakleigh. Perfect customer experience. Very knowledgable, very helpful, highly competitive pricing and most importantly of all entirely trustworthy. I always send friends and family to Oakleigh because it’s an experience they repeat for all customers.

Traded in my Breitling Superocean for an Omega Planet Ocean chronograph and got a very realistic offer from Giles at Oakleigh, who is really responsive to any queries. Watch came in attractive Oakleigh wrap and stickers and contained professional cards and paperwork along with the watch and its box contents too. Excellent dealer: to be recommended.
