Customer Service Never Helps
I had issues with the website when trying to book with my card and I went and paid for a 20 pounds Gift Card since in theory it should work, once I paid and got the gift card I tried to use it.
And again failed to pay for my booking, I even tried to go at Odeon, paid for Uber and everything just to find out that I have to email them the issue and when I emailed them they said they cant help me .. if this is not a Scam I dont know what is... they told me to call customer service when I told them I cant call they kept replying with the same message and I felt aggression .. like its my fault their system is broken.

Diabolical. Booked & paid for £100 of tickets for this Friday at 3.20pm. Went to book an extra seat and site says the film is not showing!! Next day go to complain and discover there is no phone number.. you have you talk to a bot.. which is useless and sends me round in circles. Later that day, the site updates and there IS a showing at 2.20pm.. still nothing at 3.20. What do you do? Turn up at 2.20 or 3.30? Or just cancel? Turns out you can’t cancel, as there is literally no way to contact them. I’ve never been so frustrated with a company in my life. Don’t book with them.. try any other cinema..ps the others are half the price too

I went to watch Avatar with my family and went into cinema 3.
We sat down and immediately noticed how cold it was. I told one of your staff that it was way too cold and they said they would look into it.
Nothing was done about it and it was the most unpleasant experience I have had in a theatre. I could not enjoy the movie my kids and wife were complaining through the whole movie. It is impossible to watch a 3hr movie at that temperature. My toes and everything not covered was frozen. It was warmer outside when we left.
You guys need to at least have it at room temperature as this has to go against the health and safety of the people attending.
I am going to bring a thermometer next time so I can record the temperatures and report this.

AI chat isn’t helpful and goes around asking same questions for 10 min. Once finally transferred to an advisor, the waiting time is a mistery and there’s no way to get any assistance. The gift card doesn’t work when purchase and wrongly showing that there’s no money left. Unprofessional and distasteful customer service. Still waiting to receive my money back that was to be put on the gift card..

So unimpressed with our visit to watch the new Avatar film at Odeon Trafford. Paid over £50 for two cinema tickets only to find other people sat in our seats. The seats we ended up sitting in had a broken table and the other did not recline. Emailed customer services regarding this only to be told that they pass the feedback on?? This is poor customer service as we have paid for a service and the experience has not fulfilled this. We didn't complain to the staff at the time because the cinema was busy and the lights had gone out for the trailers. Will not visit here again or recommend to anyone.

I have odeon unlimited and so does my husband we both requested it to be frozen 3 weeks later still not done ,you can’t contact them on the phone only via email,you can’t stop it online yourself,you can’t stop your payments so I am going to have to my bank to stop the payment.
Do not sign up for MyLimitless whatever you do
Terrible company! Their chatbot is useless and crashes after a simple request (hire workers to better fix this issue and ditch AI) and as a result it is so unnecessarily hard to cancel a MyLimitless subscription. No phone number to speak of either, so it would seem they don’t value the human input into their company; quite ironic when they show human-crafted motion pictures and cater to humans! So little people find the FAQs area of their website useful and that says quite a lot! Get it sorted out.

Taken Money, booking failed error. No contact, no refund, tried 5 different phone numbers… either not working or automated messages of no help. Chat it sends you an n circles. A month later and nothing. - Stay away. #tradingstandards #tradingstandardsUK #UKtradingstandards

Joined up for the limitless membership but the app doesnt work - it says i have bookings where I do not. I cannot book any more films as says i have reached my max - they do not offer a phone line to call, the chat bot boots you out before you reach the end of the queue and it says it takes 10 days to reply to messages online. I want to cancel but also no way to do this online either!
Truly awful customer support
Truly awful customer support. I tried to book tickets using my myLimitless account on the app. It failed and would not allow me to book again because it said I already had a booking. Then I tried to book again on their website and paid full price for my ticket. The seat was reserved and the money was taken from my credit card - but again I was not issued a ticket. When I tried to access the online customer support the AI was useless. Then it put me in a queue where the number of people in front of me would go down and then up again. This repeated for 2 hours. It is not possible to speak to a person on the phone. So what are you supposed to do? There is no customer complaint line either. The Odeon is not cheap - they need to do better.
Don’t waste your time with customer service support.
I’m reviewing customer services and the AI chatbot. Awful experience. I waited on hold for an hour while the queue didn’t move and then got thrown out. What has happened to telephones and speaking to human beings?

What a fantastic night so me and my 2 deaf friend who went to see wicked would normally have to wait for a subtitles screening we went odeon now have glasses that shows u the subtitles u can change the color to suit u fantastic acsse for use 😀

Thank you Odeon East Kilbride. Daughter and friend visited yesterday for FNAF2 film. Staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. They helped make her experience great. She loved her visit and I will most definitely return. I didn't catch staff names but two stand outs had Christmas jumpers on if that narrows it down! We can all be quick to complain but credit where credit is due.

The option to cancel an unlimited membership is not on the app - You have to email them, and they do not email back. You go the the chat bot, and the que jumps from 4 people ahead of you to 17.
