I will NEVER do business with Office Depot AGAIN! I ordered my mom a desk in late July because it was $450 savings. It was to be delivered 8/2. My mom didn't check her email so I checked in on 8/3 because they never delivered it. Turns out we needed to set up an appointment so I called Saia immediately and set it up. It was to be delivered 8/4 from 1-5. 1-5 came and went with no delivery. Couldn't reach anyone at Saia regarding the appointment not being kept. Got a hold of someone in customer service and he said he showed the shipped was being returned to Office Depot. I spent an hour on chat with Office Depot who assured me that the product was going to be delivered and to contact Saia at a different number than the one originally given. Did that and got voicemail so left the message. NO response from anyone this morning so just called Office Depot to find out the product WAS returned to them at THEIR request and all they could do was give me a refund. NOW I lost out on the $450 deal! What a complete CROCK of CRAP!

The sales person was helpful, led me directly to the items I needed to purchase. Thank you David.

Ordered 4 items, 2 shipped wrong. Tried twice with customer service to get the right product and return product shipped in error, after 3 tries, the items that were shipped wrong were more valuable than what I ordered, Just kept wrong items and ordered replacement from someplace else.

7-15 ordered case of copy paper via amazon. 7-17 delivered during torrential rain storm left on porch without knocking - paper saturated and useless. Asked for refund 7-19. OD to pick up 7-25 no show no email, wasted all day. 7-26 no show no email wasted all day. 7-26contacted amazon, said had to wait for OD to reply. 7-27 OD wants me to wait 8:30 to 5 on 8-1 for a pick up, not happening. wasted enough time already. DO NOT ORDER FROM OFFICE DEPOT VIA AMAZON, THEY ARE CON ARTISTS. DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER'S TIME.

Do not ever order from Office Depot online. They are not even operating under the name Office Depot. They use the name "Veyer" which is not even in the US and they claim to be operating under Office Depot, but can never connect you to someone actually at Office Depot. That's because Office Depot is fake and no longer exists. All of their customer service is out of the country and they lie, cheat, and steal from you any change they get. The only way I was able to get my money back was to file a fraud claim with my bank. I plan to file a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau as well. They are scam artists and allow others to do fake business under their name because they clearly don't care about quality, integrity, honesty, or service. BE WARNED, DO NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM THEM. You will waste countless hours trying to get your money back for orders that were never delivered. They can't even provide a proof of delivery, but will give you the runaround for weeks and even lie saying "a replacement with a free gift for your inconvenience is being sent" because they just want to keep your money. Nothing was ever received all THREE times they promised it would be. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. THIS IS NO LONGER OFFICE DEPOT. IT'S A COMPANY OUTSIDE OF THE US TAKING YOUR MONEY AND INFORMATION.

They are legit scam artists.

I was ordering some personalize mugs and I saw the shipping was 100 dollars (about) the chat box was there so I ask him if that was correct.
He said he wasn’t sure but then he promise me if I order the item today that he would just need the order number then he would give me my shipping cost back. I said I wasn’t sure about ordering them because I need them by aug2 he said he will make sure I get them before then this was while I was ordering on their website

So I went ahead and ordered the items and gave him the order number he promised things will be this way he was very kind and kept telling me all would be handled.
The ONLY reason I ordered them was because of the lower shipping and fast shipping promised.
Today I get a email saying that not only will they be coming WAYYYY after I need them even later then what the estimate was when I ordered. Also that they will not change the shipping cost at all so not only did they expect me to pay more then I was promise I wouldn’t even get the items in time to use them. So 400 dollars of trash!
Fraud alert!!

Thankfully my credit card company is amazing and refuses to pay them but now we have no items at all because they wasted hours of my life with heartache and stress. I will never use them for anything and I will make sure I report them everywhere.

This is the Lake City, Florida store. I needed something to gve to the man for Fathers Day...little cards...no pattern to go by. Marie of Print Services helped me SOOO much to find a design that was perfect and she really did a good job. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. She represents your company well.

How do you charge a customer in advance for furniture assembly, schedule it and never follow up. I called Apollo Furniture Assembly today to verify tech would be there tomorrow as scheduled and was told due to a glitch in the system and the store not responding there would be no tech tomorrow. Now it is scheduled for July 10th and 11th.

Website never updated. Items that said are in stock in store for pickup once added to cart are suddenly out of stock. Makes it a joke of a website and makes the experience terrible.

I placed a $3,000.00+ order of desks from these guys for our new corporate office location. I ordered well in advance to ensure the furniture would be at the office in time for move in. The expected delivery date was initially 2 weeks prior to the set move in date. A week before move in date comes, order has still not been shipped. Expected delivery date was changed to 2 weeks later than the original date. Move in day comes and goes - 2 days later they send an email saying they have cancelled my order. No surprise this company has locations closing every other day, that 3,000.00 order was just the beginning of what oculd have been an extensive corporate account worth Tens of thousands in sales, but due to poor customer service there will be 0.00 in sales.

Horrible customer service, I had it set up where they delivered me ink every 3 months and then it just randomly stopped coming to my house right when I needed it and then there's nobody there to answer the phone or tell me anything about it. These people suck

I can't tell you how disappointed I am after a visit to the Foxcroft location in Martinsburg WV. I entered the store with the intent of laminating some paperwork for the protection it would provide. One solitary employee a distracted one was totally absorbed in something on his personal phone. I was not greeted. I walk to the rest of the store and to my dismay a sign there indicated that no one was working there and the services had been discontinued. I was in need of the men's room and when I entered it was shocked at the terrible state of it's condition. Everything about the room was filthy and I had scraps of toilet paper to use. It was a nightmare to say the least. Then I went to the front to ask the guy where I might find plastic sleeves for my documents. He pointed back from where I had been and said aisle 8 and 9. He couldn't have bothered with me. The phone of his was obviously more important. The store had aisle after aisle with mostly empty shelves! It looked like the store was closing. What an experience to say the least. Not going anywhere near that place!!

Absolutely TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I go in on a regular basis and use the printing services for our real estate business. Today, I emailed my documents and called the store to give them a heads up. They proceeded to tell me that the one person that could work the printing area went home early. (at least 2 hours early as it was 4pm when I called). I thought I could simply go in and try to print myself. At 5:15pm I arrived at the store and went straight to the printers. The employee standing there seemed to be in a bad mood as every question I asked her seemed to irritate her. The file I had was too large to send in those particular printers. She still stood there with the "oh well" attitude and clearly not wanting to help. I then asked if there was Manager in the store and she replied, "yes, me!" SOOOO.....you're a Manager, I'm holding paper I just purchased in your store, you already have my email as I had sent it earlier, and you can't help me print 11 pages in the full service area....and you're the person that chose to send the associate home that could do this task??? I asked her that and she said, "If I do that for you, I'll have to do it for everyone else". It was now 5:45pm, they close at 6pm, and there were "maybe" 5 people in the store....not one wanting printing services. She could CARE LESS!! I asked what he name was and she said, "Diana". When I asked what her last name was she said, "I don't have to legally tell you that!". Unreal! Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible policies/customer service. Called to cancel order 2 hours after placing it and was told it was already 'in process', not cancelable, but could be returned once received. It didn't ship for another 4 days anyway. Customer service won't allow returns until the vendor approves it? Item was purchased from Office Max, not a third party. There is no number for their resolution center available and promised call backs from supervisors, etc. were never received (0/3). So, I'm stuck with 200usd of electronics I can't use from a company that sells things on their website from other vendors without notice for the customer, won't honor their sales or communicate with their customers. I'd steer clear unless you want paper or pens or something simple, inexpensive and without need for any possible customer service.

Third time i have went to office depot in 4 days and left with nothing. Today went in to get a binder 11×17 they didnt have it...said they could order it be here overnight...which became Thursday. I paid for it, now got an email stating the order was cancelled...which I already paid for! Chat line said this happens sometime!

They sent my order to the wrong state! Then they refused a refund! I called my credit card company. As I did not get the mercy, I got my money back! But Office Depot was no help! DO NOT USE OFFICE DEPOT! Go to Amazon instead!

I ordered a filing cabinet on 5/16/23 was promised a delivery date of 5/25/23. I also received a phone call about 4 days before the 25th asking if someone was going to be home. I waited all day and received nothing. I was told via text that I would receive it for sure on the 25th. I called customer support and was told I would receive a call within 24-48 hours and that my order was escalated. I called back today at 9:30 5/27 and still nothing I then requested a refund. I was told 3 to 7 days for a refund.

In early May I purchased a desk and hutch; at least that was my intention. The hutch was delivered, but the desk was on back order. I was not told this until they missed the delivery date. Of course, I canceled the order. After multiple trips to the local Office Depot store and phone calls to their customer service dept, I have received a partial but not a full refund. The store manager, in all fairness, apologized and did his best to fix my problem. The organization needs some serious changes if they expect to survive. I hope to never do business with Office Depot again.

Pésimo servicio, me mandaron incompleto el pedido, la chica que me atendió súper grosera me dijo que era mi problema, afortunadamente tengo la costumbre de grabar un video mientras abro los paquetes, se los mande, tardaron mes y medio en volver a comunicarse, solo para decirme que habían cerrado mi reclamo porque según ellos si se había surtido, aun tendiendo yo la evidencia de que no era así, después de decirles que eran unos ladrones y los expondría se volvieron a comunicar conmigo, se disculparon y empezaron con el proceso de reembolso, un mes después me escriben para pedirme mi estado de cuenta bancario, para efectuar el reembolso, lo cual en mi opinión es un abuso, pues mis ingresos y gastos no son cosa que a ellos les importe, bastaba con el número de cuenta, en su razonamiento eso no es posible por lo que al final no me devolvieron el dinero, si quieren evitar esos contratiempos no compren en línea, no están preparados para ese tipo de servicios.
