A fraudulent company. Their Instagram advert was so misleading - pictures nothing like the horrible product we received after 2 months. We returned it, all at our cost of over $150, now they send automated lieing responses.
DONT LOSE YOUR MONEY.

This COMPANY is a JOKE!!!! I ordered the Ferris Wheel January 3 and I received it today Feb 28 to pull out of box and the wooden pieces do NOT connect. It’s a manufacture defect. So I reached out to customer service. They respond with aww I’m sorry please send pictures so as soon as I went to send I get a nasty message saying the product was fine and that I was wrong and no refund. It was completely rude and they basically called me a liar. However all I can do is continue to spread my word and my experience. I thought I’d give them a chance even though reviews were bad. Boy was that a big mistake!!! Keep the $65 you must need it more than me!!

I never got my blankets and sent 3 email but did not get a response. Had to contact my card issuer since it had gone 6 months since I made the ordrer.

Absolute scam! Avoid this company! I ordered in Nov. 2020 and it's now Nov. 2021 and no product has been delivered. After 3 months they just stopped responding to my emails and IG messages. They take the money and run! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!!

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Ordered last year for christmas and never received. I've sent several emails asking them to find out where it was and they didn't reply or said that they will fix the problem. Months later and everything still the same. Do not order from this scam because you will lose your money like me and I guess so many other costumers. Company should be banned from trading.

This company is a scam. I've seen occasional reviews of people who have received products so maybe they do sell actual products, but I ordered 2 burrito blankets and never received them (its been a year since). I emailed multiple times, and either received a typical corporate response or completely no response. The excuse they gave was that Covid-19 was delaying the shipping, but they were also extremely unhelpful in tracking my product/processing a refund, and essentially stonewalled me when I asked too many questions. They took my money and I never received my products. DO NOT buy from here, I ended up just getting burrito blankets from Lazada and they're just as amazing.

Ordered a burrito blanket months ago In December it’s now July still haven’t recieved going to send PayPal a complaint to see if I can get my money back

If I could give it no stars I would....they are a scam I ordered a tortilla blanket for my son in August 2020 and still have not received anything, not even my money back. Have emailed them numerous times and filed a complaint with better business bureau. When I filled a complaint with the BBB the company promised to give me a refund. Still wait for my refund or my blanket. Got nothing!! DO NOT buy from them!!!!

Should be less than a star, worst customer service I've ever seen they actually steal money from people so don't give them any money to take they won't ship your products.

I ordered these blankets for Christmas back in November 2020, and now it's March 2021 with no blankets still. I've emailed them a dozen times with the same lame response. I have no idea how they are still 'selling' products when they aren't sending any out. This is Shameful!

Honestly, don't even waste your time. I have been emailing them every week for the past 2 months to find out where my product is that I ordered almost 4 months ago. They never give me a straight answer as to where my stuff is and just tell me to be patient but also won't give me a refund

We ordered it in November and now it is February and I still have not gotten in. It has not shipped. They have the worst customer service ever. I reached out to customer service 3 times. Still have got now confirmation.

i ordered a burrito blanket and two pairs of avocado slippers in JULY. the burrito blanket came on time, within a week or so, but it is currently FEBRUARY, and the avocado slippers have yet to come!! i have emailed (twice), direct messaged on instagram (twice), commented on tik tok, commented on instagram, and i have not received a comment on any of those platforms. for a company in this day and age to have so many accounts and to not reply to ANYTHING is appalling. save your money, time, and energy, and just don’t buy from here.

This company is a big SCAM!!

Official Burrito Blanket

I ordered a baby blanket on 9.29.20. I've emailed them about 4 times since (and texted per their phone responses) and each time have gotten a response about delays in fabric and such. I understand some delay due to covid but have hit my ceiling as of the response I've gotten yesterday which is that the blankets ship from their east coast warehouse. Well. I live on the east coast so almost 4 months delay is entirely unacceptable . I've asked for a refund and to cancel since well its was FOR A NEWBORN and the time has passed. I ordered early specifically to give extra time. Site says its still processing and hasn't shipped.

Next step is to see if PayPal can fight on my behalf.

Would never order from there again.

Ordered early December and still nothing has arrived, if you do e-mail them to discuss this you will be met with smart comments by their staff who seem to act like they have a unique and thrilling product. You sell blankets with a burrito print on and you still cant do that right. 1 month for it to still not be dispatched is a joke and when staff members are saying "How about you extend a little patience" it sums this company up. I've extended quite enough patience thank you, I've patiently waited 1 month for you to send me a blanket.

Ordered 10 December, received confirmation, sent email at beginning of Jan asking for an update, still receiving special offer emails this week....

...... but no product.

I’ve opened a complaint with PayPal so hopefully I’ll get my money back. It looks like many other people are in the same leaky boat.

I’ll take my burrito blanket custom elsewhere in future!
