Zero should be an option. This is by far the worst app I think I have ever used. If you can not run an app properly you shouldnt have one. I had issues from logging in to claiming ticket. I have a winning ticket I bought online. Can I claim it...No. Can I download it in order to submit it....No. the app is so unbelievably frustrating. Doing my taxes is easier. I plan to figure out how to get my money and wont be using this app ever again. WHAT A JOKE!

The Sportsline bets are nothing but promises. Just like our Liberal Government. Promise Promise Promise and then F..K Y.U. if you win on a proline ticket. The OLG payout process is so OUT dated, we in 2024/2025
and this corporation is still mailing cheques out.
Mail strike has just hit Toronto, its Christmas and Holidays.
You got to be kidding me, there needs to be a better and safer process, we still doing things like back in the 1900. ie.( mailing cheques).
Now strike is over and still going to mail the cheques out with a over month of backlog.

Dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent interaction with Louisa Sophia. The issue stemmed from an error in the system that incorrectly removed my bonus and payout money. Instead of addressing my concerns, Louisa Sophia was dismissive and belittling, which added unnecessary frustration to an already difficult situation.

Site is ridiculous takes 24 hours for them to be even to process your withdraw. The site is set for people to just gamble their money away. They also offer promotions to everybody but then don't give it to you because you don't play enough stay away.

OLG is very quick to grab my money, but make all kinds of silly excuses to not payout money won. I made a proline bet yesterday and won that bet. Olg has not settled that bet in over 24 hours. I spoke to them yesterday and they first told me that they will settle the bet within 24 hours. I spoke to them after 24 hours and now they are saying that they will settle it within 72 hours. Gambling online at olg.ca is causing me a lot of stress, frustration and has given me a big headache. Avoid yourself the trouble and stay away from betting online on olg.ca and proline+. They will try their best to not pay you your winnings, like they are doing to me.

They never pay out. the system is horrible, they used to be good but things have taken a very different turn with the company. Also, the issue of being overcharged every time you buy a ticket is becoming worrisome for me. The last withdrawal i did yesterday, i made sure to withdraw all my money and put in my S.U.N. Account where i know access to it will not become a burden. I will close down my account today if nothing is done to resolve the issue of double charges on tickets.

It seems OLG is being lumped in with scammers. Are not enough people playing, so they're resorting to scamming? I've bought tickets online twice, and both times I was double-charged. At least the first time they refunded me, but the last time the representative outright lied. Seems like I'm done with the lottery.

You can never win on OLG and if you do, you can put a $1000 Royal all back in a day or two.

i was using it long time back and i had my old account,then i used it and i won around $80k and after that i tried alot to withdraw didnt work i changed my accound and put the recent account still didnt work,so one night i was so frastreted and i played all that money just bcz i tought it was fake money bcz didnt withdraw so my point is first of all dont use OLG if u use its better to stop it.
