So far I've only had the initial intake call but Clayton was very thorough, transparent and extremely knowledgeable! I look forward to working with Omni Tax Services.

Omni's sales rep gave me a really hard sell that they'd be able to easily and affordably solve a fairly simple tax issue I had. I was told that I had a very modest liability that I'd be able to easily settle with the IRS. After weeks of back and forth, they then came back and told me they wouldn't be able to help me and were basically like shrug, sorry, bucko. One of the supervisors or whatever was very nice in explaining the situation but I ultimately wasted valuable time in signing up for their nonsense trying to resolve the issue, during which time I've continued to accrue penalties and am unable to get a resolution.
