We recently ran a networking and drinks event at Dawson House and it would not have gone so smoothly without the help of Bradley and his team! They were extremely helpful and accommodating while planning the event and on the night. The communication was great, and they helped to tailor the event to be just right - thank you!

Having been a tenant with OneAvenue at Dawson house for around nine months now, I felt it was only right to share what a wonderful experience we have had since moving our 2 businesses into the centre. We have had top notch service from the team here and our staff and I all agree this is perhaps the best office we have ever had.

What really sets One Avenue apart from certain other providers is that the team seem to genuinely care about what they're doing and put in so much effort to ensure the centre runs smoothly, and is kept clean and tidy. Support is always quickly forthcoming, and any queries or problems are resolved promptly. It feels much more like a partnership than merely a business-to-business relationship.

The benefit has been that I can spend my time doing what I actually need to do, and not spend hours worrying about the myriad small details of building management - this is after all why we choose a serviced office. Looking forward to continuing this tenancy for a long time to come

Great offices in a good location. Offices are well maintained and kept very clean. Some really nice attention to detail and the themed days and little touches the team lay on are a very nice and inclusive.
Nothing is too much trouble for the team and they are always very responsive, polite and efficient with us and all our clients.
Absolutely recommend them if you are looking for serviced offices.

I am fortunate enough to work for a company that have One Avenue Group as the workspace provider. Hands down the most helpful team who are always willing to go above and beyond with a smile on their face. In particular I would like to mention Lauren and Stevie of Southwark Street - always on hand to help and accommodate my requests at short notice and nothing is ever too much trouble.

Our company recently moved into Dawson House at very short notice. Serina, Mia, Jordan, and the rest of the Dawson House team were incredibly helpful in getting us moved in so quickly. The team exceeded our expectations and we are absolutely delighted with our new office space! We are looking forward to working with the Dawson House team during our time here!

I visited Dawson House today for an interview. I was greeted in reception by the lovely Georgia and given a tour by Elle who was so great! The centre is so wonderful and the customer service was incredible. All of the staff had an wonderful attitude and I left with a smile on my face!

Moved to the One Avenue Group on the 1st of July and the team and I, cannot speak highly enough of Chloe and her team. All the staff are excellent and the soft services they provided make you feel part of a community. Couldn't be happier!

After recently moving in to our new Offices at 64 Northrow, the team under Abbey have gone out of their way to be accomodating and helping us to settle in. This is always a daunting time as things can always "go wrong" but it has been "just right". A wonderful team and ethos on the ground. Keep up the good work.

A special mention to the team at North Row consisting of Shae, Abbey, Elvina, Amelia, Marianna, Joanna and Karolina.

They have really made working at North Row a fantastic experience. They are extremely helpful and are also all very genuine and nice people.

I would recommend anybody to come and work at North Row for the impeccable service and great atmosphere to work in.

Unfortunately the majority of these reviews have been fabricated and forced by higher management to make themselves feel a bit better about working for a downgrading, corrupt company. If you want to work for a company who make you feel uncomfortable, unappreciated or undervalued then this is the job for you! not to add you will only get the job if you look the part.

Young girls are made to wear revealing outfits and heels at reception as this is what brings the CEO money as well as a bit of eye candy. In my time at One Avenue Group I had heard and witnessed many experiences from other colleagues of the CEO and HR harassing staff. You are expected to work long hours and forced to work overtime with no time back in lieu not to add you get told when to take your annual leave.

Please avoid this place at all costs they advertise their company to make it look like they look after the wellbeing of their staff when in fact not one member of staff has stayed longer than 5 years.

Sometimes In this world organisations can focus to much on new business leading existing clients feeling unloved .
How refreshing that there are still individuals within One Avenue who acknowledge this.

The lovely team here at One Avenue have always been very friendly and helpful towards me. The cleaning staff and reception team always say hello and help me with any inquiries. A very nice touch today when they brought around iced tea to each floor.

Quite simply the best office space I have ever had the pleasure of working in, Petty France location. The service is exceptional, the space is well located and beautifully designed. Bringing clients here is an absolute breeze (if you're in a sales industry, this location will sell your product alone in its professionalism and service).

I've been working here for two months, and within a week I was made to feel like part of the OAG family. In fact, only three weeks ago I moved into a new apartment with no furniture. When casually mentioning this to the OAG team, they quickly couriered me a sofa to tie me over for a few weeks. The courier arrived with the sofa, a bottle of champagne and a congratulations card.

Ben, Eliza, Abbie, and the rest of the team, it's truly an honour. Please let me work with this community forever!

Honestly, the team couldn't do enough for us, Ashley at Jewry street was great took us through all the options, and made the process so clear. Was introduced to Kirsty who customized the office to our exact spec down to the pillows we wanted in the room.....

Not experienced another office space like it, strongly recommend.
