I have purchased Active Support tights from this Company for many years.
I have spent a lot of money and time trying medium sheer Support etc.
None of them are supportive enough for tied aching legs.
As I live in the UK, I buy in bulk.
I am sure I am not the only person to say "PLEASE bring back Active Support tights.
Ordered my 2 new bras, within days received a shipping email and a few days after that, I received the correct product.
I ordered Bali underwear on Nov 17, 2024; and entered it to be sent to my 3-week vacation location. I received tracking information during the next 2 weeks, with NO delivery. I called Customer Service (?) to ask for delivery date.
Customer Service Rep said "out of stock." I protested that could not be because I had tracking information.
They could provide no assistance and during our conversation, I received an email stating my payment was being refunded.
Unacceptable.
Is this company really a legitimate business?

I purchased 2 boxes of Leggs Sheer Energy pantyhose 2 pk,they were Q+ nude from a Walmart. When I went to open both packages, I noticed how they were neatly packaged as I would store in the drawer. I went to put them on and noticed there was no tag in the waistband, the control top panel was similar to the full support pantyhose I use to wear. I was just wanting to know if these 2 boxes could be mispackaged as full support pantyhose which have been discontinued. I kept what I purchased and will continue to buy Leggs Sheer Energy.
Have to call to find out about my order. Never get an email that it's shipping, only that they rec'd my order. When I tried to cancel they said it couldn't because it was being processed. Told me they had at least 7 days excl. holidays to ship. Why can't they have a better process of shipping & canceling an order. Totally not ordering from them again!!!
I have a smaller bra (36DD) ordered from them long ago and now I've ordered a bigger one (38DDD). This supposed-to-be bigger bra appeared to be smaller then that old one! It's band is not 38" but 30" instead ! and the straps are about 2.5" shorter then they supposed to be, so I was not even able to pool them over my shoulder.
I have tried for a week to order 2 sweatshirts. It does not indicate these sweatshirts are out of stock. When I get to checkout, I can't get any further than mailing information. I have tried ordering with the email they have on file for me and also as a guest. It won't let me go to checkout. I give up! I wouldn't have rated them any stars, but it was the only way I could write this review.
I ordered two ivory bras and received them in cream color, their mistake. Order clearly said ivory and packing slip clearly read cream. To exchange, I must pay the postage and go to the post office to mail them. It's THEIR mistake. They should send me a prepaid Fedex label so I just have to put the package outside my house. I'll never buy from them again. If ivory wasn't in stock, they had my email address and could have asked if I'd like an alternate color. If it was a mistake, then they should pay for the return shipping in a way that doesn't inconvenience me!
I made an order on Nov 25, I called Nov 26 to make a change to the order...a matter of a size down. I was told that they couldn't that the order was already in the works and couldn't be modified.
They didn't even put the charge through till Nov 30. It is Dec 2 and the order still has not shipped. I went to look for an email to ask them again to shift the size since they clearly have time, they have screwed around all this time, allowing me a minute of it shouldn't kill them. No email that I could find.
I don't think I'll do business with them again.
I don't have a problem with customer service but with the product. Bought some Playtex bras. I had one new one left from another store and measured them. The new bras are at least one inch smaller than the ones from years ago (not worn) very cheap quality Wore the biggest new one tight would have to order larger size.
I recently ordered from this company and I never received my order so I tried to call them but they don't have any working phone numbers so I tried chatting with them and same problem it's not working. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I WILL JUST CONTACT MY BANK AND GET MY MONEY BACK.
FOLLOW-UP TO REVIEW BELOW: One Hanes Place read my review, forwarded my comments to their Quality Control department and refunded the shipping charge that should not have been my responsibility. Although i am not pleased that it took an online post to rectify what a human could not, they ultimately did the right thing. I revised my review to 4 stars. Their product is very good.
Just My Size control top pantyhose is an excellent product especially for voluptuous women. I purchase them regularly. However, their customer service and policies are suboptimal. Based on the One Hanes Place website image showing their "Taupe" color pantyhose looking exactly like their "Nude" color (which was unavailable on their website), I purchased (10) four packs of these stockings since I wear them to work daily.
When they were delivered, "Taupe" looked exactly like the color "Brown", a color I could not wear in a professional office setting. When phoning customer service and asking to return the product, they said it was fine to do so if I pay for return shipping. Had the purchase been my error, I could understand the policy. However, since One Hanes Place advertised the wrong image on their website, I felt the onus should be on the company. When explaining this to the customer service rep, she told me in a condescending tone that I could pay for the return shipping or wear the "Taupe" stockings. Needless to say, I was dismayed at this response. I sent a letter with the return trying to reason with this company. Unfortunately, they would rather lose a customer than acquiesce. After all of these years, I will shop elsewhere. Many other businesses understand the importance of customer service.
Had I known it takes 2 to 4 weeks to get your money back after you return an item, I would have never ordered from them. Never again , I’ll pay a bit more at a retail store that refunds your money immediately.
Ordered Playtex 18 hr bra in size 42 (which is my bandwidth measurement). Bra arrived with bandwidth measurement of 34 inches. Whoever manufactured it in El Salvador had printed "size 42" on the inside of the bra. Obviously unwearable.
I give two stars for prices, only. I'm so annoyed with this site. I was one of the first ones to place a order during a sale. I actually placed two orders. First one was made very quickly so that they did not sale out. The second one, was about a hour after. Items from both orders were cancelled due to lack of items. So, either it's not, first come, first served. Or they pretend to put items on sale that they do not simple have.
I ordered 5 items three weeks ago. 2 arrived last week, with a shipping ticket indicating all 5 had been delivered. I called the 800 number and was told the other 3 would arrive the next day. They did not. I got an email asking for a product review of product that never arrived. The 800 number is no longer accepting phone calls (I waited online 30 minutes).
I ordered a bra from One Hanes Place. And they immediately took out the money from my account to pay for the bra. The bra was good but did not fit correctly. So I returned the bra. They received it in 5 days. So it has now been 7 days sense they received it back. I called them. They told me that it would take from 4 to 8 weeks to return my money to my account. Well I am not happy about this. They were quick to take my money but very slow...slow to return my money to my account. I will never do business with them again. Wow....
They have very low prices and my order arrived on time and was accurate. However, the next time I went back, I noticed their website search feature does not work. You put in the parameters you want and they give you results where the size you want is out of stock. If they straighten that out, I would order again. I just don't have time to do a manual search.
