Still no phone and no contact from One More Mobile 3 months later. They have stolen £249 from me.
It looks legitimate online but THIS IS A SCAM - DO NOT FALL FOR IT!!

Absolutely disgusted...Discriminated against because of disability the 0home we were sent for my fumbled daughter has a faulty battery its leaking battery fluid I have repeatedly told the seller this and also the fact that royal mail will not accept the phone to send back as it is dangerous sbd could blow up an aircraft i just want a replacement or refund to my giftcsrd to purchase a proper phone working phone...Update now I have just tried to use the phone snd it hsd literally blown up in my face leaving me with a nasty burn thr fire brigade have taken it.AMAZON where I got it and the company still insisting i send it back are they for real

Their website is not working for me and I have messaged them 4 times now. No one has replied yet. I will buy my phone elsewhere.

Ordered a mobile phone, was sent door wedges. I was scammed. Hugely disapointed given the positive reviews. I guess these other reviews are fake.

They sell faulty phones then try to charge you extra for repairs. Avoid like the plague.

Ordered a green refurbed iPhone 11 for my nephew , a yellow one arrived . What’s apped and emailed the company - eventual response was a sorry and offer of £10 refund. I accepted this BUT….. a week later after constantly messaging them , no response and no £10 back. Customer service is really bad in summary even though the phone was fine .

Do not buy from this company. Sent me a locked phone and never replied to any emails after that. Have returned it to them but no refund or response. It’s a scam.

Despite their reply to this review, and me providing the details they asked for, no one actually responded to me and I have issued a chargeback through my bank.

DO NOT BUY!!!! I sent my phone to this company. Never received it back still paying PayPal payment on it. Pretended they didn't receive it even tho I had the tracking and a full investigation done with royal mail with pictures to show he had received it. Now took it to trading standards citizens advice as they are ignoring me and haven't messaged back since 25th of June. Firstly said they would send it back and and then randomly said they didn't receive it. It was for my special needs son and he ripped us off £240 I paid through PayPal credit still paying and no phone. Discusting company!!!! > PRIOR TO THE REPLY THEY PUT. INVESTIGATION BEEN MADE AND SENT PROOFNOF DELIVERY TO THEM. BUT THEY CANNOT FIND IT NOW. OTHER REPORTS ON HERE SAYING THE SAME THING ABOUT THEM IGNORING EMAILS AND MESSAGES.

Quick dispatch and delivery and the phone was exactly as described. Would highly recommend

Phone arrived very quickly, I can’t fault them. Great service.

Phone was as described, looks brand new. Battery life shows 85%. An affordable way to upgrade. Delivery was also within stated time.
