DO NOT BUY!!!! I bought my son an iPhone and 2 months later it stopped working. I sent the phone back to be repaired and they sent it back to me saying the screen needed repaired when there wasn’t even a mark on it! No damage to the screen whatsoever.

I purchased an I Phone X from Ebay described as Pristine for £309-20% discount (Paid 247.99), It arrived and was not only smashed at the back but also looked to have been painted really badly on the casing. I returned the phone the next day requesting a replacement after messing me about for 4 days they tried refunding me £149.99 with no explanation. I appealed with E bay and they found in my favour with a full refund back to me. I called them for a week solid with no answer and no answer machine from their side so no way to leave a message (TRY IT BEFORE YOU BUY) . I could not leave feedback on e bay as it will not allow you to when you open a case and it gets resolved and it disappears for your recent purchases. I wish I had looked on here first before I bought (lesson learnt) . You may also notice a common theme of the positive feedback on here and I will leave it at that. Its uptown you if you purchase from them, I will be staying well away from them as they should be ashamed of the way they try and do business .

Got the phone yesterday. It came with what it was meant too. The iphone X itself was in great condition physically.

The battery health was 84% with 1227 charge cycles. It said it needed servicing so im not sure why it got sold with them knowing it needed servicing. I went to apple they checked it all out. Everything fine apart from bad battery health. Had to pay 69£ to get it replaced.

They do state battery health is above 80% which is what it needs to be. But the average battery cycle is 500 the apple employe told me and 1227 was insane.

Not to happy about paying the extra, but i didnt want to return it as i might get another exactly the same or in worst condition

Never buy off this company on Ebay. I don't understand why they only have positive feedback on Ebay, but I cannot find any way to leave feedback weeks later, not immediately after you receive the item when items can look bright and wonderful.

We paid almost £300 for an iPhone X for our daughter, but within 2 weeks it showed signs of a faulty screen (as confirmed in an Apple store).

Onemoremobile asked us to send it back to them, which we did. They kept requesting the PIN several times, then only refunded 50% of what we had paid. Despite trying to chase them up, we have not had a further response and no full refund. It makes you wonder whether they may have sold that phone onto someone else.

Phone arrived early and was better than expected Indistinguishable from a brand new phone !
Battery has 91% capacity compared to new which is fine

I've emailed several times, Tried to contact them via Social Media, all ignored. I have a faulty phone still under warranty and being ignored. Feel like I have been scammed. Hoping they will resolve matter...

Awful experience- 12 month guarantee is worthless, there is no aftercare. Avoid at all costs.

I have contacted this organisation on multiple occasions since the phone I purchased failed to work, due to a known chip error. The phone was bought in the USA and cannot be covered by the repair in the UK.

You are a disgusting excuse for a business and a bunch of cowards and thieves.

Simply the best in refurbished phones. I normally buy their A** grade phones and they never disappoint. Also, they normally give me a good discount when buying in bulk for reselling which I've not been able to get with any other seller in the UK. Will definitely continue to do business with them.

Second time I’m purchasing phone from onemoremobile and I can boldly say they’re one of the best in the UK. The first phone iPhone 6 had a battery issue (Probably because of the age), the phone was promptly replaced and the second purchase in December (iPhone X) was in a perfect condition. No scratches and works perfectly fine just like new.

I bought iPhone 11 from them and I could not update it, I called them and the customer service attendant was very helpful. He helped me update the phone and promised to replace it of I ever experience the same error. He called me a few days later to even check with me if I have any issues.

That was amazing.

Received absolutely fantastic service from this provider over the last few years. Any problems are dealt with swiftly and efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I’ve bought two iPhones from them and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’ve recommended them to all my friends and family and would highly recommend them to anyone else.

Recently bought an IPhone 11 from One Mobile, was properly wrapped , promptly delivery and after sales services. Would definitely buy again soon 👍🏽👍🏽

This seller sells faulty phones. I bought iPhone X from this seller from eBay with one year warranty. In the start, issues started to happen and their response only to reset the phone. First I had a phone speaker issue. After a long wait, I managed to get it fixed. However, when it came back it started heating up a lot. I notify them but they told me not to worry. Then within the fifth-month display became faulty. When I tried to contact him he responds to me once to reset the phone and then never respond back. eBay does not have an option for seller accountability. Never buy the phone from him.

Wow, I wish I'd seen these other negative reviews about the eBay seller 'onemoremobile' before I parted with nearly £400 for an iPhone X for my daughter. We noticed a defect on this phone after just 3 months. The screen had started coming away the phone on one side. A known defect, apparently - it seems this seller is selling defective phones and passing them off as refurbished.

Don't believe the "12 Month Warranty" offering from OneMoreMobile. It's completely worthless. They won't reply to any emails or messages through eBay.

Due to the length of time that's lapsed, eBay and my credit card provider were unable to help me either, so now I have no option other than to pay Apple or a repair shop to fix this defect for me.

Please DON'T BUY FROM THIS SELLER (onemoremobile) - I'm sure there are plenty of better companies out there that have great customer service and will happily reply to your messages and repair your phone under their advertised warranty.
