Onlinelighting Reviews

Really pleased with the lovely twig lights I ordered. Great service and prompt delivery with tracking available. Would recommend.

Easy website to navigate, ordered Friday evening 21.30 delivered Monday afternoon, now that’s what I call service.

Order was placed Tea time one day arrived next morning Works well Happy with light

The lights came quick and I am very happy with the product

It took longer than expected to arrive, which meant that I left the country before my package has been delivered. The short announced delivery time was my reason for choosing this company.

Great deal on firefly lights so discount paid for the postage! Well packaged, speedy delivery - thanks so much!

The only place where I could find the replacement light I needed, ordered easily and delivered promptly. Faultless!

Absolutely appalling customer service. Also it looks like Online Lighting and Lighting Direct are the same companies. I ordered a light which arrived faulty and I am trying to send it back but can't get through to anyone - I am not paying to return a faulty product! I ordered two further lights on the 4th Dec and it said if I ordered in X hours delivery would be next day - it's not the 9th and I haven't received my order and no one is answering the phone or emails. I have been trying to make contact for over two weeks. Summary is that I have one faulty light I need to return and get a refund for and two lights haven't arrived and I can't get hold of anyone - dreadful service.

Fine product, and quick delivery.

Item as described , was perfect for the room I needed it in.
Was supposed to be next day delivery, but took two days, hence not 5 star.

Easy to use online, very helpful on the phone.
Great products at great prices

Ordering was simple. Packaged perfectly. Light is as described, maybe a little less sturdy than I had expected, it looks great on the wall but the slightest touch and it needs another turn on the screw head to secure. It will be fine I'm sure.

I recently purchased from Online Lighting and overall, I'm quite pleased with the experience. The service was excellent, and the delivery was impressively fast. The item arrived well-packaged to prevent damage, and the quality of the product was great, meeting my expectations in terms of aesthetics. There were a few minor issues, such as bulbs being a bit tricky to fit and a lack of screw fittings, but these didn't significantly affect my satisfaction. Despite a minor discrepancy in product specifications for another customer, I'd still recommend Onlinelighting for their efficiency and value. Four stars!

The order was quick and was as described on the internet . Really pleased with this

I’m over the moon with the Christmas lights, price and the service.
Placed the order and received next morning. Excellent.

With so many dubious traders around discovered this company to be exceptional in its website, promises and performance. Unbelievably, my order arrived the day after the order, safe and sound! First class service, highly recommended!

I’ve used online lighting a few times over the past couple of years. They’ve always been great,.. light fittings are decent quality and they do actually help if have a problem with delivery etc. unlike many other online stores. Happy days.

Brillant customer service quick delivery .Lovely item great price and so easy to install .

Happy all round. Great quality product and super speedy delivery.
