Product was good however delivery time was more than I expected ( more than two weeks) and it took a week to get an email response regarding approximate delivery time.

No communication as to status of good's. Does not respond to emails or phone calls and delivery takes forever. Otherwise, good product at a good price.

I got two bongs, meant to be the same, the mouthpiece on one of them way unusable and the other bong had a leak in the top chamber so it was useless too, I would ask for a refund but I’m still waiting on the refund for the dab nails you didn’t have in stock that I paid for

I ordered a glass piece from online smoke and the piece they sent me was faulty. I was cleaning it for the first time only a few days after receiving it and in the process a small hole in the middle of the neck opened up through the glass causing it to be unusable. Closer inspections revealed that a small bubble was blown into the glass on the inside and created a very thin glass bubble that was cracked during the cleaning process. I wrote several emails asking to return the piece and receive the same item back undamaged but online smoke did not even do as much as to reply to any of them. Thanks

Never received item. They rang me to tell me they didnt have it. Ive asked for my money back but nothing. I have tried ringing them but just gives engaged sound. Ice been ripped off again. ELDER ABUSE!!!!
